The pre-sales experience was phenomenal. I dealt mostly with Harnoor B. He made sure that all my technical questions were answered; if he didn't know the answer, he would involve other technicians as required. It was nice to discuss/understand the features and limitations of the solution I was planning to implement prior to purchasing. Harnoor made sure that I had everything I would need to complete my inverter project; along with assurances he is just a phone call away to help with any questions or problems that may arise during installation/use. I would definitely buy from them again!

Purchased $500 Victron inverter that was delivered damaged. One of the metal mounting feet was bent back and the plastic shows signs of stress.Dealing with Volts was like pulling teeth. It took 25 back and forth emails to eventually get a resolution. Initially they claimed that Victron won't return the item, but I bought it from Volts, not Victron.Volts return policy clearly stated they would refund an order that had visible defects"

Ordered a Victron Charge Controller and SmartShunt from them and the online shopping experience was great and everything came quickly and exactly as described. Definetly would order from them again!

It's been an interesting journey with Volts. I bought a pre-made Victron system for an off grid bunkie (used as an office). Overall, if you are looking for ESA approval, I would be careful selecting Victron. They do not include things like Arc and Ground Fault detection/protection that ESA might require depending on your installation. Also, Victron does not seem very supportive of vendors/end-users asking questions about their products. That aside, thanks to awesome support from Volts (Cyrielle was amazing) we were able to fill in all the gaps Victron didn't meet and get my system ESA approved. The system works amazing. I am running all my office equipment + heat pump that both heats and cools. My panels easily run the load (even in the winter) and I have enough battery capacity for 1.5 days. Its perfect.

I'm a solar DIY-er and when working on my first solar system I had lots of questions. Besides having great prices on great products, volts.ca helped me a lot with my questions. Their exceptional service and quick answers to your questions make you want to do business with them in the solar industry. Although I have not seen their actual store but I guess it must a welcoming place. Great place to buy solar products from. Sebastien is my go to guy at Volt Energies. Five (*****) 100% off grid. Lots of sunshine in West Africa. You can't rely on government run electricity that is not stable and so expensive

Their high quality products like Victron and Canadian Solar are well worth the investment.
