Sameday Worldwide

We order a coach and choose the no contact option in these uncertain times, we were expecting our delivery today, for whatever reason the door bell did not work, and they never knocked, other wise one of the 3 people in the house one would have heard them, we call sameday they told us they wouldn't be able to return, because no one gave a signature or left a note saying none was required, both things no one told us was required, especially because we choose the NO CONTACT OPTION, how is me having to sign no contact. Also no tracking was provided and we were told to wait for a 12h window, or even a phone call saying were so faraway be on the look out.
