Have been trying to reach them and had no luck! Been almost 3 weeks of trying to get in touch with them by email, phone and website! Disappointing!

I appreciate that this cleaning service was available to clean for us but sadly they were very difficult to get in touch taking one week plus just to get back to our texts and calls and we ceases services as they were billing us extra time on most cleanings which was verified by our cameras. They direct billed our credit card and sadly have not responded to our concerns about the overcharges. It did take quite a few times to get them up to proper cleaning standards also.

Very friendly and professional cleaners. The two cleaners (Karen and unfortunately I forget the other name) went beyond exceptional for our place. Cleaned in the smallest crevices and areas that I wouldn't have even thought to clean.I think it really depends on the cleaners you get, not everyone is really social as a person so, that's just life.Very satisfied with the work they did.
