What a relief to find a gift box company that delivers high quality goods AND will customize!! I was looking for a very special gift for my sister who lives in Northern Ontario. I looked at all kinds of gift box company websites in Ontario and was very disappointed at the quality and types of products available. When I widened my search I found Field and Vine. Her products are very high end and also Canadian, Through emails and a phone conversation I was able to customize a box. Heidi was sooooo good at working with me to get it there in time for my sister's special day. My sister received a gift that will make her feel very special. I would highly recommend Field and Vine to anyone looking for a memorable gift.

Gift box was beautiful. I loved everything inside.Unfortunately, one cup broke in the mail (likely was thrown/dropped during delivery) . When I reached out they were super kind and Heidi immediately sent me a new one. The new cup came with extra packaging to ensure it arrived safe and a nice note.

Heidi made a really beautiful custom gift box for my parents, they loved it and felt spoiled! Really great customer service and lovely packaging, I'm sure I will order more in the future.

I called from out of province to see if they could help put together a gift box for a friend's wedding as I hadn't quite found what I was looking for online. I dealt with Heidi, who was exceptional. She went above and beyond what I could have asked for and kept me updated during the entire process, sending me photos of the updated box as she went. Heidi was amazing and I really felt like she put a great deal of care into this for me and incorporated what I wanted as well as her own thoughts and ideas. The gift box turned out stunning and the whole process was so easy with her.
