I love training there, it is a clean area and full of good energy. No matter what your training level is they know exactly what you need and will help you meet your goals.me encanta entrenar ahí, es una área limpia y llena de buena energía. I was encouraged to join Energia's fitness class and I always felt intimidated as I am a senior. I finally joined and it is a fun and encouraging environment. I am amazed and I feel so much stronger, healthier and happier. You can modify each exercise and a Personal Trainer is right there to correct and challenge you. I love this gym.
