I initially contacted via live chat; Dave came on right away and helped me locate the exact screen model I needed. He sent me a link that listed the model, price, labour, taxes, and total price - no hidden fees or cost. I'd say it's the lowest you can find. He also informed me that I can drop it off/pick it up if I lived close to Burnaby, which I do and I prefer as using a courier would be a bigger hassle for me. I connected with Ellis on the phone and he helped arrange the meet-up. The shop is a typical warehouse; there is no receptionist area or anything, but the staff are fabulous and will help you anyway they can. The first person I saw when I arrived there was Marcelle, who was at the loading dock. It really wasn't his job, but he acknowledge me (standing around awkwardly) and kindly paged Ellis. I'd say Ellis is the epitome of customer service done right. I was only giving them roughly $200 worth of business but he treats you like royalty. He makes you feel like you're genuinely valued and appreciated. I dropped off my laptop slightly before 12 pm, got a call from Ellis that it's ready for a pick-up at around 1:30 pm, picked it up at around 2:30 pm - all on the same day. Simply amazing! The new screen came with a life-time manufacturer's warranty and a 1-year labour warranty. WHAT???? My experience with ScreenFix is simply unparalleled. As long as I remain clumsy (I dropped my laptop) and they are around, I know where to go. Thank you, ScreenFix for your top-notch quality and service!
