This place is ran by arrogant and rude individuals. My wife booked a massage, for which she had to free up her schedule. They canceled on her despite previously confirming, an error on their end. Obviously, my wife was upset and left a bad review. They had the audacity to mock her and her professional career to deliberately hurt her. This place has zero credibility, is extremely unprofessional and should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat customers. Avoid at all costs!

Love this place! It’s like a little sanctuary right on plateau mont Royal. It’s very nice to have spa access daily with the subscription. They’re even now connected with a restaurant just aside during weekends, which I find more than convenient to get a snack or a drink while “spa-ing”. As long as I live in the area, I’ll stay a yearly member that’s for sure.

If you are ever thinking of subscribing monthly, please beware that they will make you pay for three months even if you are not satisfied. The gym part is small and overcrowded, the spa section is not well-maintained, and the customer service is not friendly. I have been a member on and off, but this sunday when I went to gym at 8.30 (it was supposed to be open at 8), it was closed. When I mentioned about these inconveniences for cancelling my membership, they have hold the three-months rule against me and basically forced me to pay, even though I was a monthly member a year ago. This was the last payment I will be ever paying to this management. There has been a gradual decline in the quality of services, and the price is not worth it anymore. I felt responsible to leave this review for future clients.

Massage not worth the price. Somehow I’m more tense than I was before. Pressure was non-existant. I kept asking for more pressure but she would apply that for 2 seconds then it went back to 0. It felt more like just someone touching me than a massage.The therapist was very nice though and the facility is beautiful. Maybe she just needed more experience I’m not sure. Just overall I’ve had way better massages elsewhere.

At this point, I'm convinced the one-star reviews are just people attempting to gatekeep this place. The staff are incredibly polite, very communicative regarding pricing and memberships, the facilities are clean, well-kept, and modern. The people are polite, it is never overly crowded, the spa is serene, and the location is perfect for plateau residents.

One of the unique places that has a combination of spa/gym in Montreal. Staff are beyond kind and accommodating. In my opinion, Nicolas is by far the best teacher/coach/personal trainer in Espace Thomas and also compared to many other personal trainers I've seen in gyms across Montreal and Toronto.The only downtpoint I can mention is after their terrace renovation, the fake grass that was installed as flooring is absorbing a lot of moisture in it which I don't think is hygienic and can be kept cleaned as properly.

I’ve been going to espace Thomas for a few weeks and I’m loving it so far, it’s never too crowded, the equipment is in good condition and the spa is fabulous. The location is excellent and very accessible.

My RMT Camille was fantastic. My partners therapist Marie Eve was also fantastic!Love the pool and spa, a perfect afternoon getaway. This was our second time coming and we will be back again!
