Alex and Adam worked to install our windows over 2 days period. They took time to answer all our questions and communicated well through the process. The quality of their work is evident and we were extremely pleased with the finished windows. Initially we questioned whether it was necessary to replace our windows. I can now say that it was definitely worth it. It made a tremendous difference in the amount of light our home gets and also in our house temperature. Window Seal West in Saskatoon was a real pleasure to deal with. They were very prompt in response to our request for an estimate on replacement of a bay window on our 30+ year old home. Adam was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the technology of energy efficient windows, and the timeline and processes involved. Great company to deal with.Replaced 8 triple pane sliding windows and 2 doors. Installers were polite and friendly.After installation they cleaned up professionally and took old windows and doors away. Careful with these guys. We have been waiting over a year for our windows that failed. Going on 3 years since we paid and still don’t have all our windows installed. They say they don’t know when they will be in Prince Albert and only have 1 installer. They never return calls either. Would not recommend at all. They don’t seem to fulfill there warranty policy either.
