Good doctor and helpful staff.Even though I was a walk-in client but they still were very helpful even the pramacist is also very helpful.No negatives about this place.I would recommend it to anybody looking for a quick fix to their problems.

I am highly delighted to share my review for Kennedy medical clinic where highly qualified and well experienced Dr. Waraich and Dr. Khan is available, they are very professional and provide the quality services though you have wait timings sometime. would like to thank them for their valuable time and patient care.even the front desk staff are very helpful mostly I met Shagufta she is very patience and helpful..

Extremely disappointed with the interactions at this location. DR. Abdul Aziz has been wonderful with my kids and I am not comfortable going to anyone else for my child. I spite of mentioning that over the phone,1)when calling, the calls are picked up and disconnected - not leaving the option of it going to voice-mail.2)the receptionist named Maria ( not sure if she disclosed her real name as I had to ask numerous times to get her name) was extremely rude and not willing to help out at all.She was rather dismissive.I understand that there is a huge demand for Dr. Aziz and the clinic is very busy but people like Maria need to be trained better to deal with patients (parents of patients) as no one is calling here for fun, we need medical help and that's why reaching out to a trusted doctor, to which employees like Maria are deterrent making it difficult.3) when i was asked to call back by the end of the month for a schedule, i enquired which date is the schedule out by, so i can call on the very same day- as we have tried calling numerous times and there is never any response, or our call gets disconnected or it keeps ringing. Maria was counter questioning me if I understood the meaning of end of the month"...is this the way Kennedy Medical Clinic wants to treat and have assistance provided to patients? All this inspite of me explaining how I really needed an appointment and I'm willing to wait.I have never come across a more unsupportive

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr.Ihsan's Medical Clinic, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. One of the highlights of my experience was interacting with Dr. Ihsan himself. His expertise and knowledge in the medical field were evident, as he took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly explain the diagnosis and treatment options available to me. His compassionate nature and ability to make complex medical information easily understandable left me feeling confident in the care I was receiving.Furthermore, the efficiency of the clinic's operations impressed me. Appointment scheduling was hassle-free, and I experienced minimal wait times. Wonderful experience, the staff was very cooperative, the front desk experience was wonderful with receptionist Muhammad, he was very polite and kind. I felt respected.I recommend this clinic for walk-in. However, There is a wait time as usual at other clinics.

This clinic is very disorganized and unprofessional. Not only did I have to wait 3 hours to see a dr, when I was finally placed in a room I had to wait an additional 30 minutes while a sr walked in and out and was very rude when I said hello. My visit was about a sore on my lip, instead of assessing this problem, they asked about blood pressure and took it, after I explained I am being treated for high blood pressure. They suddenly wanted to get into irrelevant heath info and no what I was there for, my lip. The doctor took twenty minutes one finger typing about my lip but knew nothing about what was wrong and was only interested in my blood pressure and kept leaving me telling me to wait for him. I eventually got up and left because I wasn’t getting anywhere with the dr or any answer at all about my lip!. It was the worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time at this clinic!.

Dr warraich"and "Dr khan" both are incredible.They are highly intelligent down to earth true genius. Not only they have taken great care of my health

Dr Ishan literally did nothing but make grunting noises. Im actually shocked at that. He barely said 2 sentences. He kept replying with grunting noises. showed 0 concern. gave 0 information. wrote a prescription and thats it. literally stared at us when he walked in and didnt even say Hi. This is Canada. This is our healthcare system. Pathetic is not even a good enough word
