A very decent Home Depot. Large garden center. One thing I noticed is the staff here is noticeably friendlier and more helpful than other big box stores. Walmart, Can tire etc service is bare minimum, cashiers often seem miserable (not blaming them...), and employees tend to avoid customers. This HD the employees at customer service / cash are reliably friendly & pleasant, and in the aisles employees will often approach to ask if you need help. Other big box stores you have hunt help down. One thing that left a bad taste in my mouth is they recently switched to all self-checkout with optional help from a cashier- clearly a shameless way to reduce the workforce and grab a little more profit (like they need it). Corporatism @ it's finest. Other than that, it's a pretty good Home Depot.

Great place to shop for any home reno projects. You don't miss any products you are looking for hone improvement.Floor,plumbing,electrical, paint to name a few in the list.Not only indoor projects good place for outdoor projects including landscaping materials and plants for your garden.Tool rental is available. If you are looking for appliances check this place out.

What a happy group of people working here! Bought 2 A/C units, the last 2 , get home one doesn’t work, get it returned no problem, they send us to another HD, got another one !!Saro the main gal at HD went well above the call of duty for me !! A great store

I just left the store and had to write this! Brandon helped us in the lumber department and was giving us some of the best customer service I have seen in awhile! He is charismatic and engaging on top of being well informed about everything we needed! I could tell the place was bustling today but it was well staffed and we were able to get everything needed. Thank you Brandon!

This location and the United Blvd location in coquitlam hands down have the most friendliest staff. I always get greeted when I'm approaching the check out and when I leave, I receive a friendly bye now

I’m here pretty much every week as I attempt to conquer the never ending list of tasks around the house. Convenient hours, excellent return policy, and knowledgeable staff. My son likes the orange shopping carts too. Today Nizar in plumbing helped me quickly and accurately get everything on my parts list. I would probably still be standing there without his help. I want to start by saying the service provided to us by Louis at your customer service desk was unparalleled. 5/5.We waited for an hour to have a manager flagged down to help us charge our company account as no one seemed to know how to do it.Though we were frustrated during the 1.5 hour long wait and the 20 times he called for managers - he didn't lose his cool once.I would reccomend training you part time employees to know how to do this. 5 different employees came and went and none seemed to know. The other manager also didn't know resulting in an even longer wait.Regardless - Louis you are fantastic and deserve to be recognized for your patience and professionalism.Thank you !

I love my Langley Home Depot. As someone who needs to regularly take care of house hold maintenance, I can trust the team to help point me in the right direction.A *HUGE* shout-out to Jay in Lumbar. He was extremely patient, kind and helpful. He listened to what I asked for and helped me figure out the best way to create a support for my bed. He gave me the confidence to use the drill for the first time to put the pieces together after cutting them to the perfect sizes. I appreciate his help immensely! If you order through Home Depot Decorating Centre, you’d better hope you get exactly what you’re expecting, because their customer service and commitment to their products is horrendous.I ordered blinds for various windows and a patio door in Spring of 2022. They sent out both a designer, and an installer to measure for the blinds, and they were to be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. After 2 months, I was notified that the installation would be delayed until August because there was no hardware included with the order.When the blinds were installed in August, despite having two separate individuals come for measurements, all the valance heights were hung at very different levels to each other, and there was no standard between them. The valance in the living room is in line with the window frame. The valance in the dining room is THREE AND A HALF INCHES above the window frame.Despite the lack of quality in the installation, I contacted Home Depot to request that they only fix or replace the blinds in the dining room that were hung absurdly high, almost at the ceiling height. In spite of many contacts with the installer, the design expert and a home depot customer service representative, they all passed off responsibility, promised to have someone in management call me, and never followed through. A year later, my dining room blind still sits just off the ceiling.
