Absolutely steller clinic! The receptionists have always been helpful and willing to go that extra mile for you. I have been going to Fort family practice since I was a young teen, Dr. Van Wyk has been our family doctor for about 17 years. He was always courteous and compassionate, and we never felt rushed, tho from the waiting room he must have been busy. :DDr. Van Wyk and the receptionist were also extremely helpful and flexible for my mom when she was diagnosed with MD, was always willing to work with her specialists and scheduled appointments that would work for her.10 out of 10. Amazing service.

I've been coming here for 13 months, terrible service and unorganized.If you want to sit in a waiting room for 40 minutes every time you come in, go here.If you want to feel belittled by the reception staff, go here.If you want to be bounced around between doctors without any communication as to who you are seeing, go here.If you just want a little consistency, a little decency, and if you want to be shown the same respect you show others, save yourself the trouble and go to a walk in.I would like to note however, the few times we waited long enough to see Dr Hansma, she was great. But this will be the last time we deal with the clowns at the front desk.

I would like to commend two of the staff who have done an awesome job. First it was Zen the receptionist who answered the phone when I had to make an appointment. She was so friendly and helpful.Then Bobbi the RN who I saw at my appointment. She was so gentle and efficient.I am so pleased with my new doctor, Dr. Aquino and am happy to have her.

Brought my baby into the new doctor today and very disappointed. He treated me like I was overreacting and didn't even look at my 4month old when her temperature was elevated. Just looked at her and said oh she looks fine. Didn't do a single evaluation and then said he had no idea when I asked him how she was doing growth wise. Will not be returning.

Great family practice! I have small kids and they always are able to get them in within 24 hours of when I call. The doctors are attentive and pro-active. They also work great with the pharmacy below.

Dr Brown is a warm compassionate & Insightful GP, I feel so blessed for the care she has given to my Daughters, & myself since we've been going there since approx 2014! My youngest has felt comfortable going to her, & I'm really happy about that!Janice

Love this family practice! Scheduling is easy and can be done online which I love! Also I’m usually able to get in for a sameday appointment for my little girls and myself or my husband within 24 hours:)

Terrible phone lines? Have been with fort family practice since I was a kid and suddenly their phone lines sound like a fax machine. Or dial up internet…. Called the fax line and the user was busy? Is anyone else dealing with this? I just want to book an appointment. I’ve called outside of lunch hours….

We’ve been going here for years and it’s always a pleasure to deal with our family doctor! Very helpful staff and very clean!

Just called today on January 9th 2022 and they would not answer the phone even though my family doctor is there. They hung up my call multiple times after I was on hold for 5-10 minutes each time. Absolutely disgusting don’t waste ur time with a doctor here!
