Anytime you come here expect to wait 15 to 20 minutes even if there is no line. Service is good when you can get it. Don’t enjoy coming here due to wasted time.

Visited this spacious warehouse for the second (and last) time. I was the only customer in the entire store, with no employees in sight, including the front counter. Finally, after standing there for at least five minutes, a person came out from a glasses in area, with a chip on her shoulder, a condescending attitude, seemingly annoyed that I’d taken her from something far more important than assisting a walk-in customer. Right off the bat I was told I’d have to sign an waiver, stating once a section of wire was cut, it could not be returned for refund or credit. Seriously? Sign and print out a waiver for 2 meters of wire?? I ordered a short section of loomex and asked for some information about another product - the response was “ if you don’t know what you want, I can’t sell it to you”. I’ve worked in retail sales myself, for almost 50 years, and never have I treated a customer so rudely. Yes, Gescan caters primarily to contractors, but that’s no reason to not help a retail customer locate the product they are looking for. Purchased what I needed from Home Depot, with the assistance of a salesperson who was there to help customers, rather than one who considers them an interruption.

Top tier service, super helpful staff. Wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else.Would highly recommend to any electrician in the area.

Just a note this store has different opening hours. You would think the two of the same company would open at the same time. Guess it will be the Langford location next time before 7am

Likely the worst Gescan in Canada. Often out of stock and a complete mess.
