Absolutely horrible service. Sales Rep is amazing but when it comes to managing appointments, and getting the job done. They fall short. They lie about their prices, and leave vehicles in less than desirable condition, especially for a mechanic. Superb attitudes to go with it. They do take of elderly WOMAN to a decent extent but that’s the one positive thing about this place.

They were helpful in trying to work with me on seeing about getting a truck. Zade was great to work with. Welcoming atmosphere. Only reason why I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because the sales manager was very eager to get a sale and seemed pushy which I didn't like.But all in all a good experience.

I have always been skeptical about going through a dealership to purchase a vehicle, but I was proven wrong!! I was absolutely blown away by the amazing service at straightline dodge!! Kate and Matt were incredibly easy to work with, and I would highly recommend that you purchase a new or used vehicle from them!!My husband and I were treated with kindness and respect! The exchange was smooth, and they were able to arrange a driver to deliver the vehicle to us.We really appreciated Kate checking up with us after the purchase was complete! She made sure the vehicle was still working for our family!!!I will definitely be purchasing a vehicle from them again!!!

Kate helped me, she was absolutely astounding. Phenomenal service, put my in a vehicle part-time prior to my big purchase. This will help me build my credit. Super hard for young people to get safe new vehicles without it. They even filled the tank & detailed it. I appreciate their service and positive attitudes all around. Let me tell you about Corey at Straightline. My experience was absolutely mind blowing, on how fast he acted with my request. Although my credit was extremely bad, he still managed to help me. To be able to work to get my dream vehicle with getting a different car so I can build my credit rating up. This guy, I should say gentleman, bent over backwards for me with paperwork and made it so utterly easy for me that I basically did nothing. He guided me in every step of the process, always saying if you have any questions do hesitate to contact him. He lined me up with an insurance broker for my insurance. He even went to the moon and back for me as I work British Columbia but I live in Alberta. He went and registered my vehicle so the license plate is waiting for me at the dealership. I can't even find the words to describe Corey. If I said the perfect words to describe him in the dictionary, it still would underestimate this gentleman's character. The Concierge service that I experienced from him was as if I were a king. I could on and on about Corey, all I have left to say is you need to experience HIS level of service for yourself. ask for COREY, he will not disappoint.
