Had a great first experience at Phoenix! Felt very comfortable with the experienced staff and demonstrations provided. Felt prices were very reasonable for someone trying it out. I will definitely be going back!

Today I took my two sons to Phoenix gun range for my son's birthday. I was extremely impressed by the instructor (Jessie) whom took the time to really help my boys have the best experience they could have as beginners. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the service we received today as well as the sport itself. safety was #1 for this business, as a parent I felt completely at ease with any concerns I may have had, The very best part was the smiles on my boys face, while they learned and experienced this sport. WE will be back. Thank You for your amazing efforts and fantastic learning experience, we had so much fun.

How fun was this! The staff is well trained, informative and exceptionally professional. They go to great lengths to make you feel comfortable with the firearms and have endless patience with newbies! I would highly recommend this establishment, you will have a really good experience!

This was a very cool place, I'm a super inexperienced shooter but had a great time. Shaelegh (sorry I can't remember how to spell your name) was my range officer and she was a total pro and great instructor. I'm looking forward to going again some other time!

Went shooting today and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and Shaelie was a great range person who made the whole experience that much more fun. We will definitely be going back!

Our range officer was Ben. He acted with utmost professionalism and was extremely knowledgeable. He had a great shooting personality and reacted perfectly when we made mistakes as first timers. Didn’t make us feel intimidated at all and because of his fantastic personality we got comfortable very quickly. Only a few shots in we were shooting very accurately because of his experience and coaching ability.Ben deserves a pat on the back for how amazing he was start to finish.

Went in there may 2023 bought some gun cleaner, front staff very friendly, Wife and I are on Date night and decided on a spur to fire some 9mm, 40S&W and a single 500S&W round (highly recommend shooting one round if you get the chance) Jess was our instructor, he brought us into the range with our purchase, he was knowledgeable and friendly, my Wife was pretty nervous and maybe a little overwhelmed. Jess' instructions, caring demeanor and overall professionalism made her feel comfortable and created a great experience for both of us. If you're nervous or never handled firearms or are wanting to give it a try, I highly recommend Phoenix gun range. 5 stars for both Phoenix and Jess. We will be back.
