Overall, I love this place. Very friendly staff and always stocked with the items we love. Inside the store is very clean and well taken care of - we love the upgrades and improvements! I do have one problem that arises from my visits, Assumption College students, and their complete disregard for others in store, be it young adults, children, elderly etc. They toss their garbage on the ground as if it's not their problem, and they walk in front of vehicles as if they are invincible. The tone it sets for others, and the example they set for younger children is disgusting.

Terrible customer service, went to buy a disposable vape, cashier sold me pods after saying it was a disposable, didn’t even exit the store they refused to credit or refund, very disappointed. I expect the owner to correct this

I have been there few times , I don’t know if they are owners or managers. They are extremely rude to school kids when they come on their break . I didn’t had bad experience myself but treat kids with respect, we all deserve it.

Extremely rude to customers, especially students. Employees will actually ask you to not converse inside the store and rush you along the aisles and into the line if you happen to be looking around or chatting for what they believe is too long. Do not have any respect for student customers and will angrily motion at customers waiting to enter outside rather than just let them know they can come in.

Asked for a product from behind the till, the employee gave me the wrong product and then refused to refund me for HIS mistake. No idea how that makes any sense, would give no stars if could.

Purchased an ice cream that was priced at 4.79. When I looked at my receipt I saw I was charged 5.49. I went back to the cashier and he was ignorant. First told me it’s for a different ice cream (it’s not). Refused to go look at the price and told me to come back tomorrow if I want to talk to the manager. I asked for the managers contact information and was told to look for it online. Absolutely ignorant employees here. Don’t give this place your business.

The owners are extremely disrespectful to shoppers ESPECIALLY STUDENTS! As a parent, I've witnessed the owners (shorter clean shave male and average height heavy midsection) follow shoppers around the store asking are you done yet?" causing the adult shoppers to yell back in self defense. The male one time slammed a 13yr old to a vehicle outside. I definitely called the police. Until they change their nasty attitude

The service here is ridiculous, they rush you through your shopping experience and treat you with nothing but disrespect and the prices are way too high. Me and my friends previously went on our lunch break and we’re rudely told to not converse and to hurry our shopping, and our deal wasn’t applied when we checked out. Not to mention my friend used the bathroom which was utterly disgusting and stinky. Definitely not my first choice of store.
