My experience with Kamfair was exceptional! Andrew installed custom blinds and shutters throughout my family's new home. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and will guide you throughout the process! Extremely pleased with the amazing customer service. Although there were shipping delays due to the pandemic, Kamfair was prompt in communicating and updating us. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a company that places importance on high quality blinds and shutters as well as phenomenal customer service!! I'm very happy and satisfied with Kamfair's services!

Kamfair Drapes Inc. is one of the few businesses these days that will go the extra mile to please their customers. As two-time customers of Kamfair, my husband and I have been very happy with their products and service. They carry a good variety of drapes, shades and other window treatments. Jennifer always listens receptively and is quick to identify our preferences. She communicated with us promptly whenever we had any questions about our orders. She readily provided professional suggestions, which helped us make our decisions and choices. Andrew was also very thorough when installing the drapes and shades for us. He took care of a lot of details that we might have otherwise not noticed. We will definitely go back to Kamfair if we ever need to replace the other drapes in our house. This is a business that I highly recommend to my family and friends.

It was long overdue to change the window covering of my house. After doing some research online, Kamfair became my first choice. Then I realized that the original window covering in my house was also done by Kamfair more than 20 years ago! This family business is still growing strong and doing an excellent job all these years!!I am very happy with the new shades in our bedrooms and the drapes in the living room. Jennifer was professional, patient and pleasant to answer many of my questions when I kept changing my mind and asked for different quotes. The Duolite shades in the bedroom meet our needs for blocking light at night and the sheer shades for daylight coming in during the day. The drapes in the living give a clean and calm atmosphere which I enjoy so much everyday! Installation done by Andrew was also amazing! Andrew was friendly, punctual and efficient. He took time to answer any questions I had.Thank you Kamfair for making a difference in my home!! My husband and I recently moved into a new house and needed new window coverings. We are incredibly happy to have ordered zebra shades/blinds with Kamfair! Jennifer and Andrew (sister and brother team) corresponded closely with us while giving valuable suggestions. They gave two quotes on different quality blinds/shades for a comparison.They were very professional, friendly, prompt in responding to our emails/calls and provided amazing customer service. I found Kamfair from google search and reached out to them based on reviews and I’m very happy that I have found them. Jennifer has been great and very helpful through out the whole process from our first visit when she came over to my house for initial measurements and quote to providing any additional information that I needed to make my decision to coming back for final measurements and deciding on colour, hardware, etc. When the drapes were ready, Andrew who is Jennifer’s brother came for installation and did a great job. He also took time to answer any questions I had and to provide additional information on maintenance. I am very happy with how the drapes turned out and will definitely reach out to them again when we need to do blinds for for our skylight windows.

Andrew is amazing! We had our Hunter Douglas blinds installed 5 years ago and recently one of the motor died. Andrew helped us with the warranty claim and patiently went through the process with us and guided us through every step of the installation. His friendly and professional service is top notch and we will definitely go back to him for our next house!

AMAZING PRODUCTS + SERVICE. I recently had all window coverings done by Kamfair on my newly-renovated home. Jennifer was incredibly helpful in helping me select the right product depending on the space, the usage, and my desired budget. We ended up selecting draperies, black-out rollers and top-down-bottom-up blinds and I could not be happier with everything. Andrew as well, is knowledgeable and experienced. On-site, he installed everything without a hitch. One specific request I had was for a super-accurate measurement of the drapery length relative to the floor and Andrew was meticulous about it. Thank you Kamfair! I love all of our window coverings and will enjoy it for years to come.

Kamfair did an amazing job with our main hallway windows! We found them by chance and were so impressed by their service from the start that we didn’t bother looking anywhere else after our first meeting with Jennifer. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She guided us through all of the options and provided wonderful suggestions, which we incorporated into the final design to help make our hallway look even more grand. Installation was great - Andrew was efficient, courteous and professional throughout. We are so happy our experience. We recently replaced all our windows and needed an update to our blinds. We were so happy Kamfair was able to give us different ideas on archiving an uniform and clean look. Andrew was our main contact and right from the start, he gave us a professional and knowledgeable vibe. In the show room, he gave us an easy understanding of different products that are suitable to our needs. With our budgets in mind, he recommended the best products without pushing us to fancier and more expensive items. When it comes to measurements, he was very detail oriented and treated our home with respect. He even put on shoe coverings so not to make a mess of our house. Kudos to that. Due to pandemic with backlog of all supplies, there was longer wait. With nothing to cover our windows in the mean time, Andrew gave us excellent tips on what temporary blinds to use and how to put them on without damaging our new window frames. He also kept us up to date on when our new blinds would arrived. On the final installation, Andrew did an amazing job and gave us valuable tips on how to maintain and prolong the usage. We’re really happy with the end results and will gladly refer Kamfair and Andrew’s service to all our friends.

10 years ago, I installed motor shade through the this company. During the Pandemic one of the big shade didn’t work. So recently, I called Kamfair Drapes for fixing. Even though the warranty(motor) was ended 5 years ago, one of the owner came to our house today and fixed completely without changing the motor. I really appreciated for her effort and time. I strongly recommend this store is good for every one who are looking for low price with high quality and services. Thanks again^^
