Last week I took my new Toyota Highlander to Hitch City Scarborough for a new hitch to be installed. I can't say enough good things about my experience, since the pricing was fair, the customer service was A+++ and the job was completed promptly and professionally. I had the pleasure of working with Ahmad, who is the manager. He clearly cares about doing all he can to make a customer have the best experience possible! Just had hitch and wiring installed for my Lexus RX400h. Took a couple days for the hitch to arrive, then about 2 hours to install. Very pleased with the result, extra parts were bagged and my vehicle trunk was clean after they ran wiring up through the storage hatch. No problems found and will gladly visit them again.

Ahmad recommended the correct hitch I needed to carry my bikes. The hitch was installed quickly and professionally. Ahmad even made sure that the bolts were sprayed with Krown rust protection. Awesome people and service. Highly recommended!!!
