I used to go here a lot but had to stop. Some kind of machine is always broken. The change machine, ATM, or dryers. Wasted quarters on dryers that don’t work. No change machine to do laundry. She says just a call away. But she lives 30 mins away and doesn’t even know what laundry mat. They I had to unload all my clothes from the machines, put them back in bag and put to the car and go somewhere else. They say they disinfect and clean every night but she hasn’t been there in a couple days because she said that’s when she was there last and filled the change machine last.

The laundry facility was very impressive . It was spotless and this is not an exaggeration . Everything worked well . The free Wifi was good and fast . Washrooms clean and working. In this day and age very pleasantly surprising , the owner is obviously someone who believes and knows , good customer service is and always should be important . 4 Dryers Dont Work , Plus 1 Dryer is missing the Front Glass Making It Unusable.The change machine is always out and the bathroom NEVER has toilet paper or handicap. Ew. :/0 stars.

I feel like I need a shower after using these facilities.The same machine that had a broken door in 2018 is still broken.Another machine was half full of water....and its a front load...how does that even happen?!2 dryers not workingLint trap sticking out of 2 more.No handle on anotherDryers dont heatPlace smells funkyOther self service places at least have someone come in to tidy once a day. Vile

They have lots of machines to use if they're all working. Probably half the dryers and more than have the washers were not in use. I understand things break. Also people use the machines and dont come back in to change over their laundry cycles. Its wasn't a bad place to use. They do have big washers for larger things.

Every time I come here there is garbage all over the place, half the machines don’t work/aren’t labelled out of order. Machines will take your money but not start, or just not take your money at all. ATM is literally always empty, coin machine rarely works. Now the bathroom is code locked but the place is unstaffed and the code isn’t posted. Go somewhere else.

Sadly it's not possible to give zero stars. Broken machines, each broken in a different way. One machine takes the laundry detergent but it doesn't get to the clothes... Another machine makes your clothes wet and nothing else but keeps your clothes hostage for 30 minutes, so you have a load of sopping wet but still dirty clothes. Another machine takes your money and does nothing else, so at least your dirty clothes are still dry and you don't have to wait 30 minutes to get them back. All this on one visit! Do NOT go to this poor excuse of a laundromat!

This place is such a mess. Very dirty and broke down dryers. No one is even around to assist you. Would never recommend this place.

Yeah when I went there there was nowhere to sit couldn't use the washroom cuz there was no one there and didn't have the code and when I did my laundry at came out smelling so I had to do it again somewhere else
