Hello. I read many good reviews about your shipping company. I am going to open an account but I just learned from your website that you no longer allow the use of printers and computers at your locations because of covid-19. My question is: Do you mind sharing information about what kind of label printer you use so I can buy one that is also compatible with the paper I need? Thank you so much in advanced.

I drive a little further just to use this branch because of their friendly staff and convenient location. The drop-off bins are inside and I am always greeted with a smile. Chitchats prices to the USA especially are great compared to others I checked. They are not too far from the highway and a postage drop-off is easy to combine with a visit to the Costco nearby. There is even a skytrain station down the street if you don´t have a car. If I could suggest any improvements, it would be to add earlier opening hours as they only open at 11 AM.

They have great shipping rates. I have visited this branch multiple times and I didn't get disappointed once. I always got great customer service and I will also have to say that they have great management. They have proper logical procedure for process. I would always visit this place in the coming days.

Awesome Chit Chats branch! I go here every week to ship off Amazon orders and work stuff. The location is convenient and it’s great that this is a branch now with on location staff and label printers available. The extended cut off time (from 2pm now 4pm) is great, as I’m not rushed to go to the branch when I’m busy.The lady working there is very friendly and helpful as well.

I use Chit Chat because pricing is way better than Canada Post and tracking numbers are included with the price. I also have two screens open to compare Canada Post and Chit Chat pricing. Usually heavier items are cheaper with Canada Post.I'm only giving this 4 stars becausethey do not deliver to PO Boxes.I agree with the other reviewer that delivery within Canada takes longer.They have an unsecured and unsupervised blue bin outside the store, steps from the driveway, to place your parcels. I don't suggest placing your parcels outside the shop. It's kinda strange to leave your parcels outside and have the high risk of it being stolen. It's very tempting and easy for thieves to walk - drive away with your parcel. I'm sure the employee can't supervise the outside bin from their desk. Just open the door and place it in the bin inside the shop.

Edit: New staff is nicer and more courteous. Editing my review.Edit: 6 months after using the service, the new staff there is now anti-social and unfriendly. One time I came at opening time, and she didn't even look me in the eye. Just told me to leave my package outside, and didn't even take it in to process right away. Every week of shipping, I have never once seen her outside her computer, and she always had this aura of 'I don't care' around her. There are several times I see the packages overflowing outside, which is always at risk of being stolen.She's the same person there for months and I miss the staff during opening week where they are extremely friendly and takes time to greet everyone coming in. Chitchats, you fired the wrong person and hired a worse one. Please improve your customer service.Location is still convenient, so that's enough for the 3 stars.
