Scrubbi

GREAT! We had a move out clean and it was so well done. After moving in to our new place we talked about how much it would benefit us to hire Scrubbi on a bi-weekly basis to help us upkeep our home. Best decision ever.

The lovely lady that came in presented herself extremely well, a very eager & fantastic worker. We are both very impressed with her work....our home looks fantastic & has such a great aroma.

Cleaner was excellent. She organized couch pillows and straightened everything. Place smelt clean when I got home. The best clean yet...

Did a very nice job of cleaning, quite thorough. Scrubbi was easy to book with and accommodating. I booked two appointments to try them out and bother were excellent. I will be continuing services with them.

The cleaner (Zineb?) today was fantastic - attended to specific areas that we outlined, and was also thorough and detail oriented. This was the first Scrubbi cleaning and we noticed our desks being cleared and cleaned, the shower baskets emptied and cleaned, thorough wipe down and vacuuming of the couch, and entryway cleaned of paw prints. Great job!

Absolutely great. First time and now def. a long time client. I was blown away. Great service!I would definitely recommend Scrubbi to anyone.

So, as an update to my previous review of Scrubbi, I received a phone call a short time ago from Brett, and he said that he spoke to a manager regarding the situation that transpired with hiring their company. As you will read in Scrubbi's response below, they did offer me a $250.00 credit for future services. I declined because I don't ever want anyone from their company in any place I would be associated with. Brett said that he spoke to a manager and they are now willing to give me a $200.00 refund, with the condition that I have to remove my previous google review. IS THAT NOT CLASSIFIED AS A BRIBE? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I absolutely declined their offer. My google review will stand. Please, please, please be aware using this company.I won't ever use this company for 'cleaning' ever again. I specifically requested a deep clean for a moveout at my in-laws house because they both passed away a few years ago and the house needs to be sold and was assured that a 'team' would get the job done, especially because there were 2 cats still there. We have been doing cleaning every week to try and keep up, but that is why I requested a deep clean. Well, 1 person showed up and even though she wrote a report that she couldn't complete all the rooms in the timeframe she was provided by Scrubbi, she did tell my husband that she had completed the living room & kitchen, however, light fixtures were not done, counters were not done, end tables, a hutch, and dressers in the bedroom all still had noticeable dust & animal hair on them. This appointment was promised to be deep cleaned in the one day as there are pictures being done for the home to be listed for sale. I was offered for someone to come back and complete the job. NO WAY would I ever want someone else from this company coming back to clean". Oh and to boot

Our wonderful house cleaner arrived on time and super friendly! Asked if anything needs to be taken special care of. She did an amazing job for cleansing. Very efficient. We've had such a great experience with Scrubbi that we renewed our short term service to longer term.
