Reilly Appliance Service

I own some rental properties in West Seneca and I have a dryer that is not working. So I called Reilly and they said it would be about a week until they come out there and fix it and I said that was fine. On the day they were supposed to come out the guy said tomorrow they would be out. Next day came and they never called me. I called him the next day to find out what was going on and then he said that they would be unable to serve me. So now I still have tenants calling me asking me about the dryer. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, unreliable. Avoid at all costs, not worth saving the few extra dollars.

Rep was honest and upfront and did not charge for the advice provided. While they were not able to repair the dishwasher problem, they were quick to respond and offer help. I will definitely use them again in the future for any appliance issues

Wish my review was better, the reason why only 3 stars is basically, the prompt return call from Reilly , thats was the good part. Now for the ugly, the tech tried to immediate upsell me on repair with parts that were 2.5x the cost that they could be found from OEM , and when I described did the youtube and manufacturers troubleshooting prior to call so had a idea of problem, mine was a faulty Icemaker $57 shipped (New) . Tech wanted to sell a control board and Icemaker both at cost ranging $180-280 ea, the only other item it could have been was water valve $70-80 , which he was right on that price. So in end I ordered the New Icemaker plugged it in, (Very easy) and it worked, i hope this was an isolated incident since many seemed so happy here with thier service, but you have to take the good with the bad, and this was the bad. My Suggestion Youtube issue then call it will save you alot.

Called first thing this morning because my dryer was running cold. They were booked for today and were going to get me in first thing tomorrow but called an hour later after they had a cancellation. When they showed up they were quick efficient and courteous. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Used this company in February with no complaints . However, this time my daughter called for a dryer repair. Yes, they were able to come out the same day… but when they arrived the tech would not do repair dryer because the ventilation system was outdated and a fire hazard. And on top of that my daughter was charged $70 for a service call. She was never told what the issue was with the dryer. I find this odd as this is the same ventilation system that was in place when they repaired this very same dryer in February… I called and spoke to Mr Reilly about this and am awaiting a return call…

The tech showed up on time, was Very professional and knowledgeable about the refrigerator. Very reasonable repair price. So happy I called!

Can never go wrong with Reilly Appliance ! I used them years ago and not sure why I didn't call them first to repair my dishwasher .I called Reilly's on a Friday . The man ( Patrick ) That does the dishwasher repair I was told was on vacation and he would call me Monday when he was back . He called me immediately on Monday morn and came out Tuesday morning . My dishwasher was repaired in less than 30 minutes . Their parts are guaranteed for a year and he was polite, courteous , and prompt service ! There is a reason they have been around for 70 years !!Totally great business !

Great service i called at 2:40 and left a message Patrick called @2:46 said he could come at 3:30 he was here early. Unfortunately unable to repair but work the house call to confirm. Highly recommend

Glad I canceled whirlpool service call. Saved 35 dollars immediately. I found this company through Google. They answered call and came out next day and solved my problem. Thank you!
