We hired Real Estate Lawyer for the selling and buying of our house. Since day one they were reliable, professional and super on top of each detail. They communicate with us and give clear directions in our selling and buying transaction. Not delay and very fast and effective communication. Also legal fees are very reasonable and the best , you can do everything remotely without person to person meetings I completely will hire them again in for future real state matters.

Everything was last minute. I was asked to provide information. When I provided the information, I provided it incorrectly. Instead of notifying me that it was incorrect when I provided it, they simply waited until the last minute and requested it again.My condo status certificate was dated to expire. Instead of flagging this ahead of time as the date was clearly on it and they would have know months ahead of time it would expire, they waited until the last minute when it was impossible to obtain it to tell me I needed a new one. They know how long it takes to get these things, they knew it was going to expire. And yet, you can't close the deal without one. Fortunately, my relator saved the day.I could go on as there were more negative experiences. In general disorganized, last minute and zero effort made to make me feel like a valuable paying customer.

The team at REL is very easy to work with. They explain to me everything I needed to know about my purchase and answered all my questions in timely manner. Also helped me to amend and make changes in my purchase contract and were very helpful.

Have used this firm for several real estate closings. Super efficient, very organized, great communication and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

Excellent and fast service. I have used them twice for buying and selling. They are very thorough and details. Making the ease of transfer a lot easier from home to home.

We did a private sale with our friends for their home. We reached out to real estate lawyers to help us with the papers. The law clerks were very responsive at the beginning when info was needed from us and agreement was signed. After that, any questions we had took weeks and sometimes months to be answered. The original home owners wanted to change the closing date, took them 3 months to get back to their lawyer. They asked us a week before our original closing date if we agreed to move the closing date to another month. They even lied to my friends lawyer that they contacted us a long time ago and sent us a new document on the new closing date...when we received nothing from them. Little did they know that my friends and I kept an open conversation throughout this whole process.Overall, not really satisfied with their services. Law clerks are not organized, not efficient with responses and not trustworthy. Would I recommend them to anyone? Probably not. Save your money and get better service elsewhere.

Very quick and streamlined service. Was able to get a quick turnaround on my status certificate review request for the conditional offer.
