Everyone is always friendly when I go in. Best location I've been to.

I love the staff at this Canada Post location! So patient and friendly and helpful! They’re great. The wait times aren’t always so great, but hey, it’s a post office, whatcha gonna do? You can’t blame a bird for wanting to fly, you can’t blame a post office for having a lineup sometimes. But the way these guys handle the lines and people complaining about the lines, beautiful.

Needed to an international post to Australia and the lady who helped was extreemly unhelpfull and did not explain the process in shipment. She asked me to follow instructions to download an app to get shipping information when I could have just gave her the information in person. While I was standing in front of her. With the details of my post..... Anyways long story short she called FedEx will be taking my postage as canada post proceeded to get them to expidite it even though Im at Canada post. Looks like ill be taking my packages to FedEx because canada post was a joke.

I have been to several Canada Post locations and this is by far the best one. The girl working there was so nice and helpful.

This is not for this location but is for Canada Post in general. Everything takes forever to be delivered. I have had parcels lost. And they are seldom delivered when posted. Overall as an institution it is atrocious and that is why FedEx and Purolator and other delivery methods have been created. We should get rid of it as an institution and save some tax spending!!!

Through the COVID19 pandemic, it is important to have accurate information about business hours. I had packages that I needed to drop off so I got my mask and gloves ready, checked the store hours online, and went to this location. Upon arriving, I saw a sign that mentioned that Canada Post has altered hours (which makes sense). I went into the store and talked with the one employee who wasn’t compassionate when I read “closed” sign and realized I was nine minutes late. She proceeded to tell me that there is no way that Canada Post can have each store provide updated and accurate hours on any online platform. I am incredibly grateful for all the work the postal service provides, especially during this time of physical distancing. But, it is also important to have an accessible and accurate way to view store hours as to limit unnecessary contact and travel. I’ve included a picture of their updated hours as of May 29th when I visited.

I needed to mail an item for my side gig and had a prepaid label. The male merchandiser took the box from me and put it on the front counter for anyone to just take.So I took it back and no one noticed. I called the store ten mins later asking if my package was scanned and he said yes. Funny how that happens when I have the package in my car.I spoke to the on duty manager and she didn't seem to care either. I will never be back to that location again

Always friendly when picking up a package with or without the tracking slip.More than willing to help but over the phone, straight to the point most likely because of customers waiting in-store. No issues with this outlet what so ever.
