Don’t recommend taking your baby here ever!! Tried with our 9 month old today for blood work and it was a terrible situation. They are not experienced!!

Went in to get a glucose test and ended up not being able to keep it down and got yelled at for getting sick from the drink. Also these people do not know how to take blood properly - most painful blood draw I’ve ever had and I ended up with a really nasty bruise. If you can avoid coming here, I would. The male/front staff are not friendly and they just seem to hate their jobs and it really shows.

Called to see about making an appointment was told to do it online (not much help there) sure....i figured it out eventually (went to the website from the location website go to make an appointment option then have to find where i want the appointment again)made an appointment and the latest time means I have to leave my work early.. (so now it's costing out of my pocket) show up at appointment time place is packed and I get stuck in the waiting list even tho I have an appointment.... 30 mins later they call my name.Now I have a odd vein that's not center of my elbow I point this out to the tech she gives a snarky reply of It's not like I don't do this daily." So I draw 4 vials then it's time for the urine test. I have never been in this place before

From my come in to finish all my blood check and go out, only 10 mins. Very fast and kind. No surspetion.I came here with no appointment and waiting for 5 mins (two guys are before me). Then it is my turn. The doctor came to me and quickly finish the list what my family doctor asked. I asked her why some guys wrote low stars here. She said, sometimes we have to face many ppl, that means the line would be longer.BTW, we will be requested wear face mask when we get in.

The technologist was fine. The place was crowded with very little privacy. When sent to bathroom for urine sample, found bathroom so dirty, urine on floor and toilet, wet toilet paper on floor.They appeared to be alternating appts with walkins. Good for walkins but I had an appt so a walk-in got in ahead of me.Chaotic and filthy. I would never go back there.This is an American company making a profit with Canadian healthcare dollars. It is obviously profit over cleanliness and care.I have never before had such a bad experience getting bloodwork. Disgusted.

Fantastic as always. They were really busy due to being down a couple staff members, but they did their best. It's so convenient being able to book an appointment time.

We walked in without an appointment. But we managed to get the blood work done before noon. The front desk staff are very polite. I must say that whenever I go it's crowded. And the staff are pretty fast and doing the best they can to make it move fast

Staff pleasant and efficient. Clients waited on in turn. Clients pretty patient.It was not very busy when I visited this location.

I can confidently say the slim and average height asian lady and a few others needs some lessons in communication and manners. Staff appears untrained and rude. Not sure of going back to this location anytime soon.
