I love this GameStop. Everytime I visit Oakville I always visit this GameStop. I love it. It's like a little museum full of fun and interesting things. And the customer service is amazing.

Not a fan of the company themselves, but this location has me choosing them as the last brick and mortar store where I buy my videogames.Staff such as Eric, are very welcoming, friendly and approachable. Furthermore I feel like the staff genuinely try to accommodate you as best they can.As a result I'll pay a few extra dollars and support these guys rather than give amazon some more of my money.

Clean well stocked and organized location. Friendly very knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to help you. While all the staff are great one person stands out. His name is Eric, not sure if he's the manager. If he isn't he should be. It's always nice to shop somewhere that the staff remembers you and your name. Comes in handy in case you forget...

I’ve been going here for over a decade for my gaming wants (are they ever needs?) and the folks here have always been terrific. Even with the turnover that is typical in retail, there’s a consistency of authentic engagement and knowledge from the staff here. The store itself is always organized, and well stocked (asides from the new consoles that every such business can’t supply atm).

The Dorval Crossing location in Oakville is my favourite location, hands down. The staff is accommodating, welcoming and incredibly friendly. They’re a pleasure to chat with when I’m in and are always willing to help me find what I need. I always check with this location first before going anywhere else. Thank you!! A++
