Do not purchase the Bella Terra top soil. This product was full of stone pebbles and wood debri. Maybe the supplier should take care in screening so the end user gets soil and not debris. I've purchased from other larger chains for the same price and it was dark quality soil.

I was here buying stuff for a decking project, and had some difficulty finding a few products. Sharo (I hope I'm getting her name right) was extremely helpful numerous times. At one point her and Enoch were both hunting around trying to find a product that was buried way up in the rafters. Sharo was tenacious and never gave up or showed a hint of annoyance, and eventually she did find them. Enoch was great to deal with as wellI give the store 3 stars for product availability and ease of finding. But the staff get 6 stars for their customer service

my mom hired Home Depot to clean her ducts and has had nothing but troubles since, even contacting and speaking to a manager has been a nightmare. It’s been 7 days now she’s still waiting for a callback from Mark or Rachel from the management team when she was assured they would call her back as soon as they were done their current calls on May 23th by an agent. Also followed up on the same day after waiting over an hour for a phone call that never came and the next agent promised to escalate it further but here she is 7 days later and still no phone call and her furnace doesn’t work now. I would not recommend using their services to anyone, they promised to take before and after pictures- this never happened. They got paid for services and now don’t have the decency to correct their error or mistakes and now my poor mother is going to be out of pocket more money to hire someone else to look at her furnace because Home Depots tech clearly didn’t do something right. Don’t waste your time here unless you want to get scammed out of your hard earned money.

Not my usual store. I was in the area. Stopped by to get some fence boards.Upon entering the store I was greeted by two store associates. They had big smiles and looked genuinely happy to be there. The store was very busy. There was lots stock to choose from. I had no problem getting what I came for. The cashier that completed my transaction was very friendly. This was a pleasant experience.

One stop shop for all your home renovations, they even price match which is great. I often look at Lowes and Rona flyers and can usually get Home Depot to offer the 15% off or 20% if they have an event on at the other stores! Never had an issue returning items here too!

Drove from Lake of the Woods to purchase an item that online said they had 8 in stock. After 3 people didn't really care or help, I was about to go to customer service and ask for someone in management to help when an employee Riley offered to help. I showed him the picture on my phone that I showed others and he checked and said it's in overhead stock. Asked if I could wait 10 minutes and he would go get it. Great service !!Thank you

It’s a good store. Often has what you need. I do miss having the sandwich shop in the exit.

Very bad experience at their tools rental shop waited there for 20 minutes before someone showed up. Didn’t look like they really wanted to work, no information and contradicted everything their website said. Also very bad attitude.

I wanted to purchase a carport online- Model CPHC202007. I waited too long. A week too long. The item did not indicate it was on sale for $3511. I went to purchase it on Thursday and it is now $4659. After 41 minutes on the phone with customer support and calling the store I got nowhere. The store manager wouldn’t price match Lowes or Rona and said there are “limitations”. Lowes still has them on for $3800. Home Depot was going to give me 10% off the $4659 lol. What an insult. I will NEVER EVER shop at Home Depot again for personal or for work ( which is $1000s of dollars a year). Lowes and Rona here I come. Disappointing service and poor customer service.
