Reception: The receptionist wasn't friendly, but she was polite. BUT, don't try to go direct there and ask her directly a simple question. You MUST pick up a Number and wait she call you. If you don't do it, she will not answer you. FRENCH service only.Doctor: The doctor wasn't friendly, but she was professional.However I won't be able to go back because she doesn't speak English and she said she wouldn't try to understand me because her English is basic. I was luck my husband was with me and she allowed me to ask him to come inside to translate, and she was helpful after talk with him. But unfortunately is not always I will have someone to help me out.General:If you don't speak French, just find another Clinic.If you prefer a friendly service, just find another Clinic.Must be patient and if you don't have an appointment, get there early morning. I arrived 8:15am and I left 10h30am.

Very rude the secretary of pediatrics, i ve said good morning twice and she didn't even bothered to look at us, we had an appointment at 8.15 with my 7 years old and had to wait hours. Dr came in 1 hour late, no working water fountains, very disorganized, very bad experience!

The staff was unfriendly and rude. The secretary cannot be any more aloof. The second lady at the desk never even look up to people who wait in the wrong line and just keeps staring at her computer screen. Not once have I heard her say Please have a seat". Just a simple "You can sit.". I will definitely change clinic as soon as I find another walk-in clinic."

Terrible as the whole health care system. Opening hours are not respected, secretary came late, doctors are not ready. I came twice to try to see a doctor but it's always a disappointment. Service in general is awful.

I don't see why the bashing on Dre. Berkane? She is a very efficient and not into small talk. Her diagnostics are precise and knows very well how to handle the situations. True she is not into pampering but rather easing your medical care. For those who don't know her well, she contribute greatly for the needy people.Thank you and your great staff.

Dr. Berkane is one of the worst doctors I've ever consulted. She does not listen. She has no respect for her patients' time.In the last 4 months she could not call me back during an all day appointment" on 2 separate occasions. During the entire day she could not see fit to honor her appointment on 2 occasions as well as rescheduling on short notice 2 other times."

I've called to ask for an appointment with a doctor and asked if it's OK to speak in English. A secretary answered: No

I was there for the first time and a bit afraid after reading the reviews, the secretary is indeed super unfriendly but the number sismem works and the younger secretaries are nice, the dr berkane is serious but in my case was professional and concern about my health, i know that the people in the clinic are reading the google reviews and i find nice that they are worried about what the users think, probably if the people can keep writing objectively about the issues they gonna change thinks inside

Dr. Berkane is unfortunately an incompetent doctor. She does not speak a lick of English. The website advertises services are offered in French and English but she literally spoke zero English, in bilingual Montreal. We actually used apps on our phone to translate what we were saying, almost out of a poorly written sit-com, so the other could attempt to understand, but she did not try to simplify her language so the translation software could not translate her accurately. I understood maybe half of what she said, and she probably understood less of what I said. After paying $200 for the visit and $70 for the prescriptions, I'm pretty sure I was prescribed the wrong medication as I am not getting any better after a week a half, and now will have to see a competent doctor. Thanks.

Receptionist was kind and tried her best but does not speak English well. I wrote my address on a piece of paper and she copied into the system incorrectly (address incorrect) and then stated on the form that I am a man (I’m a cis female with a high pitched voice). Waited 2 hours to see the doctor who spoke even less English. We used Google Translate on her phone to communicate but I felt very rushed and she didn’t offer to run any tests, just gave me a perscription and sent me away. Would not recommend unless you’ve exhausted all other options.
