Went in the Eaton center location to try on a jacket that was on sale online. The young gentlemen, Kevin, was very helpful and professional. Ended up buying two jackets.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon, and was just browsing. After a bad experience with Mackage, I was kind of hesitated to visit Rudsak as they are similar. But I was greeted immediately, and shown multiple styles of leather jackets. I tried on multiple jackets and found the best piece. Thank you Rudsak!

I was looking for a leather parka and went to the Rudsak store at Toronto Eaton Centre. I was greeted by Asiana Lee and she helped me find the right jacket and size, I got the Hunter X. (I love the jacket) She was very helpful, attentive and patient. She has amazing customer service. A few days after I purchased it at full price, the jacket went on sale and Asiana refunded the difference with no problems.After a few months I had ripped the stitching near the front pocket and Asiana helped me with the return and repair process and I had everything fixed within one week! I recommend purchasing from the Rudsak Eaton Centre location 100%It is rare to receive such great customer service and I will continue to buy from this location specifically simply because Asiana was so helpful. Great experience and customer service!!
