Thought id try them out, no problem getting an appointment! after getting my glasses Realized my right eye prescription was way off! Left some messages with no call backs!Get what you pay for!I’m now back to my regular eye Dr!!! I pay more but the service is worth it especially after this experience!!!

Went in armed with a prescription and a $550 budget but neither of the two staff working there seemed interested in helping me pick out glasses. The only acknowledgment I received was to tell me to put glasses I try on into a basket and then I was left alone. Would have really appreciated some help. I wasn’t even acknowledged when I left! Very disappointed in lack of assistance in picking out frames.

I recently visited this optical shop and was blown away by the exceptional customer service.Highly recommend this place.Tinso was patient and knowledgeable.From the moment I walked in the door, he made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Tinso answered all of my questions and guided me through the selection of frames that complemented my face shape and personal style. He even offered to adjust my existing frame. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of care and attention I received at this optical shop and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of new glasses.
