Molly was excellent! I would definitely go back to her again. The one thing I would consider next time is booking a private room so I wouldn't smell Burger King while getting a treatment.

I have come here multiple times and each time I left very satisfied with the level of service. I always get a longer session because I know that time will fly past as I am having a relaxing time (sometimes snoozing lol) Would recommend trying all staff as they all have expert skills and can adjust to your level of tolerance.

Little expensive but definitely worth the money. Always feel so good after a massage here

In terms of the practitioners. Its definately hit or miss. But you can find some really good ones. However the biggest issue with this company is inconsistent staffing. The practitioners need to be staffed at the same locations at the same time. Which you would think is common buisness sense, especially in this industry. However this company staffs their practitioners all over Vancouver at any location and the schedule is always changing. Which essentially undermines the businesses. As a result, The majority of us regulars have moved onto other companies that have a proper staffing system that you can actually rely on. If you're in the area of one of their locations. Check it out. However if you're looking for regular treatment. This company is not an option unless they fix their staffing system.

Don’t know what’s wrong with this company. Somebody tell them covid is over. They still not accepting cash.

The staff are very passionate about their service and striving to make every experience your best experience.Strongly believe the Japanese have the body completely figured out and are fine tuning the mechanics.Highly recommend 1 hour relaxation massages

One still is not even a enough to rate this clinic. I went there few months ago, one of the guy there with blonde or red hair doesn’t pay attention to his work, he is much more interested on answering the phone than do massage. During the 30 minutes he answered the call 2 times. I will update this comment as soon as I get his name. He still working there regularly.

If I could, I would give zero stars to this place. Last year when I went there for a massage, they had some young man who didn't see to be interested in his job, do a full massage. He seemed very tired and and didn't care or listen to any of my needs. He barley did any work , all he did was put a warm cloth on my muscles and gently touched my muscles occasionally. He then told me, you want a better massage then you pay more. Wow , I was blown away. At the end of the weak massage, an Asian lady argued with me after I told her that wasn't a proper massage. She the demanded a $10 tip. Didn't ask but stated we charge $10 for tip on a $50 service. Wow, I will never come back to this clinc. Poor customer service. They care more about money then the clients .

I just want to commend on my therapist Misa, who is excellent at locating where you need work on, she uses just the right amount on pressure so that after the massage I feel great relief. It’s sad because she told me she’s going back to Japan, I really hope you’ll come back to Canada someday!

Edit: So now the company has gone ahead and raised its rates for no apparent reason as this industry has no overheads that would be affected by inflation or the pandemic" so it simply comes down to greed. Which is quite ridiculous when you consider how inconsistent the service you receive can be. In general but definitely for 50$ or more you should receive the same consistent service from any practioner but this is far from the case. So prior to this price increase the current pricing did not match the services you received. So to raise it even higher with that inconsistent service is just ridiculous and severely highlights the lack of business sense and understanding by the people responsible for the pricing. As such i would highly recommend seeking elsewhere unless you have a particular practioner that you know provides service worth your money. Because if you go in and get someone like Toshi
