I don’t even know where to begin. I feel so lucky to have found Vanessa and discovered her true abilities to be able to change the world little by little. Her healing processes and abilities to change how I view life in such a short period of time has left me dumbfounded. I’ve been through multiple therapists, psychiatrists, etc and no one has ever been to have even the smallest impact on me, let alone change my ability and perspective on life.Her prices are super reasonable & she recommended I’d take the package to save money & to further find any other issues I may have deep rooted within myself.Through a couple sessions with vanessa she had already found the root to my trauma, come up with ways to constantly help me in my healing journey & most of all be there for me, even when she did not need to be.Besides the process, Vanessa as a person has demonstrated characteristics of a true humanitarian. Her heart is too big for just one little woman. She is compassionate, caring, empathetic, and respectful. She has changed my life in a positive way no one could ever imagine. Her attributes demonstrate true capabilities in empowering people and helping them heal through their years of pain, struggle and hurt.I can now say I’m 8 months anxiety free, and I’ve never been so confident in truly being who I truly am.I can’t thank you enough everyday for everything you have absolutely done for me, you are a true angel.

I had called around to several other hypnotists looking for assistance. I spoke with others who recommended significant sessions for results at much higher prices. After speaking with Vanessa initially she told me one session and the 21 day listening would give me results I was looking for. I signed up, paid in full and waited for my first appointment.She stopped responding quickly once I had paid and canceled our first appointment with very little notice (2 hrs). It took several days to rebook, which was quite different then before I had paid. She told me she had another job and that this was a side gig so her availability was limited.We completed my one zoom session, I received my recording and set to daily practice as told. Vanessa checked in roughly weekly. I really wanted to believe I would see benefits and as long as I reported feeling well, she would encourage me to keep listening. When I would tell her things haven't changed, had questions or concerns, and I wasn't noticing any help, she then told me I was using the wrong package and tried to upsell me on further services.I asked about what these would be and she told me they were the same recordings with slightly different messages throughout. It was also then she told me she recently increased her fees if I wanted to continue.I'm really disappointed by not only this experience but by how these interactions happened. Vanessa was available until she had my money, said it wouldn't work if I didn't believe it would, and was dismissive when what I experienced differed.I would tell others to simply use belief in yourself to make the changes you want as this is all that is offered but for a price. I suppose this is best said as you get what you pay for.

Working with Vanessa has been outstanding. As an individual who struggles with anxiety, Vanessa truly helped me cope with my feelings and has helped me so much. This journey with her has definitely been a life changing experience!

Thank you so much for our session.. best way to describe what I felt was that we got to the root of the problem regarding my anger / anxiety in one session vs most likely multiple sessions that I would of had to do with a therapist. This was very effective and quick- I remember after the session - I felt the same and just thought ok that was cool later that day I started getting.very anxious ( more than usual) and I mssged Vanessa and asked why do I feel so anxious the day of our session, she said it was releasing because it had to come somehow- all the emotions that came to the surface. I said ok and left it at that. The next day as soon as I woke up, I immediately felt lighter and just a different energy - 2 days later, my mom even noticed it and told me you look like something changed in you since yesterday, you look lighter. I definitely had my doubts as to if it was gonna work and if subconsciously I will be able to get to where I needed to go and Vanessa made me feel very comfortable and I got to exactly where I needed because it worked and this was just one session. Definitely a must try if your dealing with any emotions that just don’t seem to go away - she helped me more than I expected and will definitely try again for a labor session before my baby is due.I never wrote a review in my life but the relief I was able to get with Vanessa’s guidance is just speechless. Working with Vanessa has changed my life. I used to have unbareable anxiety which caused depression and a lot of physical pains. Ever since doing 2 sessions with Vanessa I am now free of anxiety and everything that came with it. Thank you Vanessa, you’re a miracle in my life!

Recently I worked with Vanessa to do a package of RTT sessions. From the beginning, it already didn’t feel like the right choice for me but I tried to convince myself I would find help in this method. I paid Vanessa for the first session which we got to. Afterwards I was starting to pay off the second session which was scheduled soon. I had agreed with Vanessa that I would pay it all before the beginning of our sessions. I had already paid 75% of the second session. I had a self reflection moment and realized that working with Vanessa and doing these sessions were not going to help me. I did not truly see her as a teacher and the work was not aligned with my values in life. Nothing against her or these sessions, simply I knew it wasn’t meant to be on my path. I communicated this to Vanessa and asked for a refund, she refused on the grounds that she has a no refund policy. I explained that she had never mentioned at any point in our conversations that there was a no refund policy. She told me she did have a contract that stated it but she at first forgot to send it and then chose not to because she didn’t think I needed it after our first session. She offered me to still do the session for the money I already paid with. I told her again that I wasn’t looking to do a session because it’s not something I want to do. I find no value in it. As well that I am being held to a policy that was never communicated and a contract that was never given and therefore never signed. She still refused on the grounds that she can’t do anymore about the situation.I am writing this now to just be straightforward. I personally respect when people are responsible and fair and Vanessa was not that. She failed to communicate her no refund policy and has still refused to give me back the money. She is holding me to a contract/policy that she failed to communicate and that feels quite unfair. I even have a text message where Vanessa admits herself that she sees how its unfair “this is how business is run” Regardless of anything, as a business owner its is best when you make sure you have communicated all needed information with the customer before getting into business with them. Vanessa failed to do this yet I am paying for the consequences.Take what you will with this experience, I see now though why working with Vanessa was not something aligned with my soul.

I feel so fortunate to have found Vanessa and discovered how healing and powerful hypnotherapy can be. I could have sat on a therapist’s sofa for 10+ years and not discovered the root of my trauma and issues.I have found Vanessa to be compassionate and empathetic with expert guidance throughout the hypnotherapy process.Vanessa changed my life in such a positive way. This was the best money I have ever invested in myself!!

Vanessa made me feel very safe and comfortable in discussing my vulnerabilities. She has a very warm and loving energy. I was grateful for my time with her.
