Delicious food that nourishes your body! I have been coming to market for quite some time and stumbled upon some tacos that Manotas was making outside on Market Street. I had the vegan tacos which were exceptional, and the real hit were the pickled shallots -- divine! I went back and picked up the pickled cabbage which is also delicious.Happy to support this local business who prides themselves on top quality ingredients, delicious food and great customer service.

This place is the best. Nancy, the owner is super proud of her products and justifiably so. If you’re looking for fresh tortillas, guacamole, salsas, arepas, empanadas, Organic Spelt/Kamut/Buckwheat sourdoughs, paella, pickled shallots, fermented cabbage, beet soup, carrot soup, chickpea salad, quinoa salad, dried peppers, & spices than this is your spot. Everything is organic and made with love. She is very knowledgeable and has the best energy ever. Thank you for doing what you do. The next time you are in the market go say hello and support a local gem!

Absolutely MUST come here when at the St. Lawrence Market. Located on the ground floor off Market Street, this is the perfect place for a yummy healthy lunch with WORLD-CLASS traditional Colombian arepas and empanadas. Beyond the fresh hot eats for lunch, you can also get delicious healthy refrigerated & frozen goods such as guacamole, salsa, sweet potatoes and more. So fresh and healthy! And Nancy is a wonderful shopkeeper, very down-to-earth and friendly. I used to work nearby and would come here every week for lunch. ¡Otro día con arepa, otro día feliz!
