We just bought a new camper from them and have found the service pretty solid so far.The cost to get our vehicle set up to tow was more than we were initially told and the shop time was longer than told, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Though, when we picked up the camper, the service crew jumped in, late in the day to help us get going which was amazing!The sales part was good as well, though we did have a bit of an issue with them comparing themselves to other dealerships by the online rating a bit. (which isnt always a true gauge, good or bad). In my mind, it should be more how can we get your business by what we offer. That hometown business sort of feel seemed missing, perhaps that's on me, but I didnt feel very comfortable in the sales side of the business.I understand why they were so secretive with the final price of the camper (which is how we were budgeting) but it was kind of annoying as we tried to work within our numbers..The knowledge of the camper we bought was very good. The walk through was very informative which is a big help. However, the game of hide and seek for the Onelink system password was infuriating. We had to remove a screwed in panel..There are a few things we had to buy which we didnt know, which adds to the overall cost.Overall, I would love to give them a 4.5 rating but for some reason google only allows whole stars. Once I have returned my camper for work, I hope they will continue to impress. Perhaps the 5 star can be used in the near future.

Bought our first camper here last month, all of the staff were more than willing to bend over backwards to accommodate us in every way we could possibly need! Our salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable, the gentleman in the business office had our best interests as a priority and the owner was willing to make sure it all happened. These guys are awesome, highly recommend.

I have purchased, serviced and safeties all my trailers through Steinbach trailers. Their care to details and outstanding service is exceptional. I find the sales and service staff easy to talk to and they have a great knowledge and understanding of the work that needs to get done. Once we had made a decision, her team acted swiftly and efficiently to get us set up in our seasonal campsite. Whitney & the entire team at Steinbach RV has been nothing shy of amazing! We were lucky to get one of the last Vintage RV's in the country and Whitney and her team treated us like royalty! They were communicative along the way and we were able to buy the RV from Victoria BC and work with our shipping company to bring it down from Manitoba, 2 thumbs up highly recommend thank you so much we love our RV!

I absolutely love the SURETRAC which i purchased approximately 3 years ago from these folks. Still looks and works as well as the day I purchased it. Well built product that boasts galvanized protection making a rust free trailer for years. The staff are great to deal with and very helpful! Keep up the good work guys!
