Extremely unprofessional.I used to come to this shop quite often. I’ve never been that much of a fan of the customer service there before ( a bit pushy trying to make sales and not that knowledgeable ), but I went there out of convenience and didn’t have any real issues until now.I’ve called today to inquire about an item prior to making my way over to make sure I don’t waste my time in transit, since it’s a bit of a trek ( an hour there and an hour back home ). I asked if they carry a specific brand. They said yes. So I went all the way over only to find out they do NOT carry the brand I asked for, even though they initially said they did. Now, I understand that English was perhaps a language barrier. I get it. English isn’t my first language either, but why put someone in charge in a customer service position who obviously doesn’t even understand a word and doesn’t know how to help the potential shopper. That was pretty upsetting in itself. What happened next really made me furious. The clerk started laughing when I’ve mentioned that I’ve called him earlier to make sure they had the brand I am looking for, and now he’s telling me they don’t, so I came over for nothing. I said it wasn’t funny. He just kept laughing and laughing.I wasn’t impressed with him from the beginning either because after I entered the shop, he was on the phone the whole time, to what seemed to be a personal call and kind of just stood there looking at me and talking on the phone until a different customer walked in and he served her first!Please put someone in charge who actually does their job properly.If I could give zero stars, I would.Today was not okay.

Friendly staff, clean store, good selection of cigarettes.

Purchased some pre rolled joints 5x.5Opened package only 4 in package. Phoned store to inquire and was told ther s nothing they can do. Pretty shady. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CANNABIS FROM THIS STORE!!!

Very expensive. A pack of cigarettes increased almost $4.00 overnight. I havesupported this small business before and during the pandemic. I know it must be difficult for them, to say the least. But, this price increase is passed onto customers who are most likely having a hard time making ends meet. I cannot justify returning to this store. You have lost a good customer.Domo did not increase their price so i do not think that is the truth. It is GREED that caused the increase. Take proper care of your customers as they ultimately take care of you.

I love this store. Prices have marginally increased. Its always had a steady flow rate I found. Never rushed but had a person wait a phew seconds for me to complete my transaction so I never feel like I over stayed my time asking so many questions.Thus, the right amount of variety verus knowledge of product. I only come for mini cigars, typically first thing in the AM. I'm happy with the gentleman who serves me, he's friendly and professional.He has consistent stock and he stores the cigars properly.I'm not sure how many years I've been coming here, but when I think about it, this location is consistently one of the best tobacconists in Winnipeg.

Rude Rude Rude the guy needs to be trained at the lotto so he can sell tickets without biting your head off. Never going there againmy whole family is now also avoiding this place their gonna go to doom up the street for their smokes

Dry cigar. Nasty. Will adjust rating after next cigar from a different box .Had second, dif box, dif brand etc still nasty dry. So, if there are sticks you can stash for 6 weeks or wtvr then you may be ok, but the first i had would likely burst if put in proper environment right off the bat. oh well. maybe just an off month

Owners/workers seem to have average or below average knowledge of their products. Their job seems to be just ringing up the cash register.
