Doug's Decorative Concrete

Pretty unhappy with how things went. There were several issues with the finish work, when I politely asked him to come back to discuss a solution he basically just ignored me. After a month of him blowing me off I ended up having to outline all my concerns/issues in a firmly written email to him, at that point he decided to respond with excuses/name calling/etc. As well, he wanted to charge me extra to come back and fix the mistakes he made, bewildering at best. No one's suggesting whether or not hire this guy...just make sure if you do to triple check his work, hold him accountable, and don't pay him until you're completely satisfied.Being concrete I'm kind of stuck with it now along with having to hire someone else to fix one of the urgent problems. A really unpleasant experience overall.
