I came in a few weeks ago. The lady named Luisa working in the cosmetics section should be fired immediately. She refused to help me at all. Absolutely had no manners. Whoever made the decision to hire her should rethink their decision. Luisa needs to be taught manners.

I booked an appt for flu shot. Didn’t get any notice until I physically here and they told me no staff could do it. Very bad customer service. So disappointed

I like this Shoppers. The people that works here are pretty friendly. the store is very clean. I always come here to buy milk bread and other convenience stuffs. I also come here for flu shot, but it always a wait usually half an hour to 45 mins. My friend suggests me to go to fresco as she doesn't have to wait long. But in general I have a very good experience with the store. But it is nice to introduce the self-checkout, when it is only one cashier and a long line up. Another thing I like is they have a post office service

Came in maybe 6 weeks ago passing through the area. Store looks good, customer service is great, except for Luisa in cosmetics. Was super dismissive, and it seemed as though I was a nuisance to her. All I wanted was some cheap eyeliner! Wouldn't recommend asking her for help.

The Asian male pharmacist was amazing! Got my COVID booster vaccine here and the process was quick and painless.Employees at the Post office also provided prompt services as well.One star off for sale items often out of stock and for selling expired or close-to-expired products (mainly food).

I had a great experience at this post office thanks to Padmini, the cashier. Despite arriving late and finding the post office closed, she went above and beyond to help me by providing a directory of the nearest courier services. Overall, the location was well-organized and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

One of the staff at the cashier told us to use self checkout when we had 2 full carts of items. If it was only a handful of items I wouldn't have lined up at the cashier. There was no other customers waiting and I didnt see any emergencies occuring so what gives?

2022 April 3★If your looking at a review about a particular Shoppers Drug Mart, you'll find this no different from other SDMs out there elsewhere in the vicinity.Every store is nicely lit, bright, clean, organized and tidy.Upon entry, you'll find shopping carts available right at the door. Walking inwards, you'll come across the beauty/cosmetics area first. Inside, everything you'd expect from a pharmacy and more with a selection of foods, groceries, magazines, post office, electronics and a section of seasonal items.Plenty of parking right outside.

The pharmacy staff are impolite, negligent and unprofessional. If you want to get a prescription here, expect to wait upwards of at least 1 hour. Even though we have insurance to cover the prescription costs, they just ignore it and charge us full price. One time, they even charged us DOUBLE and argued with us saying they cant do anything and wasted 2 hours without any solution.
