We had our shower door break only a couple weeks prior to our home sale completing.We were in a panic to replace it. Valeria was very informative and helpful, Nitasha was very accommodating and bent over backwards to make sure everything was ordered and shipped on time. The installer was thorough, friendly and professional. Sure enough, we had made a mistake on our measurements and they didn't miss a beat as the installer raced back to the shop and made a new door so that we could complete our home sale in time. They did a great job. Thank you!

Fabulous service at a reasonable price.The end price was exactly that quoted! The staff kept me informed at all times and were a pleasure to deal with.I was particularly impressed with the installers who went out of their way to answer all my stupid questions, and were very professional!They wore booties when entering the house and even put down a covering on the floor to protect from any errant caulking that might have got on the floor.I would highly recommend this company for any shower doors that you may need.John Steede

We needed a shower door and mirror for a new bathroom. I dealt with RuiXia who helped deal with all the door considerations in a tight bathroom space and had great input on door style and size etc. The price estimate was very competitive, though in the end we went with a company that had a quicker lead time since we were in a bit of a rush to return the kids' bathroom to use. Next time, I definitely contact Pacific Shower Door for our needs.

We are very happy with our single shower door that we ordered. The price was phenomenal and the service/installation was extremely professional. We wish the front end of the business was more organized. We had to chase after the GM RuiXia at every point of our service. But overall, we are very happy customers and if we need work done again, we will be going through PSD in the future.
