Called on a Tuesday to book an appointment was told someone would be out by Friday, that was almost two weeks ago, never received a courtesy call to update me. Not a word. Very unprofessional.

Don't work for this company....they lie to customers, employees steal and have no safety standards....New management Shane Packard is immature, can't take constructive criticism, steals hours away from you, sends you to customers homes with no materials.Their equipment is worn out and broken so you can't do a good job even if you wanted and customers pay more for the job because of their negligence.I would run from this hillbilly outfit.

Saber BBQThe sales staff at Packard Plumbing and Heating were so knowledgeable which made buying this appliance easy. We recently purchased and replaced our 10 year old BBQ - and to say we LOVE it, is an understatement! Having three heat zones on the model really is lovely - I can toast a bun, grill vegetables, and sear meat- all at different temperatures at the same time!!! The other thing that is great is the cooking surface, which is even controlled heat, no flare ups - gone are my overcooked charred meat. Pizza! Yes Please!! We also bought a pizza stone for BBQs - because this grill can reach high temperatures, I can effectively have a heated stone, and grill off pizzas that taste just like I picked them up from a pizzeria. I would highly recommend Packard's Plumbing, this grill and would buy it again!

Good workmanship but the office has no regard for it's clients.

Technicians are polite and professional. They go that extra mile to make sure their clients are happy. The office staff is exceptional.

Another great experience from start to finish , E mailed Gloria with a list of jobs needed at my home and look for some recommendation for a water softener , a prompt reply for a very busy business offering what I was looking for with great information to make the decision to move forward , they removed the old unit , relocated the new softener for future easy access , the place was spotless never knowing they where there in the first place , more than once they drop everything and came to my rescue when my house drop to 8 degrees during a winter freeze up a couple of winter pass , the list goes on and that's why I have dealt with them for the last 25 years !Marc Fortier

Called about a broken outdoor faucet under a deck ( nasty location ) . The technician showed up, checked out the situation and I left. Came back later, faucet was fixed, indoor job site was cleaned up and everything back to normal. Got our bill and was happy with the amount charged considering the work that was done.
