Came in on Sunday August 22nd to find a pair of shorts and found a great pair. Will was very helpful and super friendly. He even called the other store for another size. Also suggested we could go online as well. Very pleased with the great customer service!

i have to say that i had the most amazing experience today. jan 6th 2023 with Joanna. Knowledge out of this world. i have to first say im the most impacient person in the world and very critical. i was still in shock on my way home and obiously still am to wright a review. i truely hope this review will not go to the blind side as i will follow up with her and i would hire her in a second....Her employe number i think from recite 815155. you are so fortunate to have her....Al...dont judge me on my spelling.

Joanna, the store manager at Chinook Center, approached me as soon as I came into the store. She answered my questions right away about new lenses. Even though they didn’t have them in store, she found them on the website, took time to explain the different lens colours and then offered to ship them to my house. Overall, very friendly and great customer service.

I honestly had an amazing experience. Joanna and Jacob were amazing. Joanna took the time to help me choose the proper sunglasses that fit very well and Jacob gave amazing advice. I will definitely be back with my wife to get her a pair of sunglasses as well. Please keep up the good work.

The sales representative was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. There was never a sense of being pushed to make a decision right away. The representative's product knowledge was augmented by that offered by the franchise owner when we returned later the same day to make the purchase. This was one of my best retail purchase experiences in the recent past.

Joanna took the time to help us find what we needed after a mis-ship from Oakley online. Joanna then took the time to take the mis-shipped glasses and send them back to Oakley on our behalf further helping us with our total shopping experience. Joanna then taught us some neat things about the functionality and history of the Oakley brand. My girlfriend and I really appreciated Joanna and will return because of her.
