Richard is the best, full stop. Was recommended by a friend who got a new Crosstrek to go see him and it was a great recommendation. Friendly, knowledgeable and just a really great guy. Jason the finance guy and Marcelo were also quite nice to deal with. Already recommended several other people to go see Richard!

I'm out of town a lot, but knew my family had to transition from two vehicles down to one reliable one. We waffled between a Subaru and a Toyota.I couldn't be happier that we walked into Subaru Nanaimo first. Cameron in the sales department gave us a thorough tour of a few vehicles that were available and we were immediately sold on a Crosstrek. We didn't make it easy on them with our 3 and 4 year old making a mess of the place, but we were able to trade in both our vehicles and walk out of the dealership with a great reliable new(To us) vehicle.Big thanks to Cameron and the rest of the team that made that happen

I recently purchased my first Subaru from Subaru of Nanaimo. I had the pleasure of working with Cameron, who made the whole purchasing process quick and seamless. Any questions I had were always answered promptly and professionally. When picking up the car, I was also assisted by other members of the team, who were lovely to interact with. I didn't feel rushed at all, and they took the time to answer any questions I had about my new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership.

A huge thank you to Richard and everyone at Subaru that helped me out with my new crosstrek, everyone was so amazing and helpful, I really felt that they were working with me, and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole process! Nobody was pushy and I didn’t feel forced into anything which isn’t something you find often at dealerships. I left with the most perfect car, it’s everything I wanted and I’m so excited to be apart of the Subaru family!!! Overall it was a great experience and would recommend Richard to everyone I know! Michael, Marcelo, Jesse, Seth were so awesome to deal with. At no time did I feel like I was being forced to make a decision, but I have to say that Marcelo, in all his charm, has a way of 'helping you along to a decision'. There was an air of honesty and forthrightness that I felt at this dealership and, to top it off, they were willing to accommodate my special requests which I so appreciate. Super duper happy with my used Subaru purchase. Highly recommend them. Gonna go eat cake and drink champagne now!

My wife and I referred a very close family friend to Richard Charley as her old Subaru was in desperate need of replacing. Richard could not have treated her better during the sales process. Richard treated her extremely well and she is so excited to own a new Subaru. I would not hesitate recommending Richard to anyone who is looking to buy a car. I have just referred my son to go see Richard now as he is in the market for a new car.
