I have nothing but praise for Edwards. They treat you kindly and adore treating your pets. I had an emergency in the middle of the night and I truly felt that they went above and beyond for my girl. If you want quality, compassionate care for your babies, I highly recommend them.

We are not regular clients but had a minor emergency with our dog and her ears. Regardless the staff squeezed us in and were prompt, extremely friendly and kind. They quickly diagnosed her issue and were able to provide a treatment plan. The charge was extremely reasonable all considering. Can’t thank them enough!! Highly recommend this clinic.

Hey everyone, I contacted the emergency vet today because my cat has become very ill. Like a previous review I had seen the on call vet is an awful person. She was extremely rude, and wouldn’t give me any information because I was not a client. I asked her for a little advice as I am worried about my cat, but with a very rude response “ I can’t give you any advice as you are not a customer, go to your own vet” which is closed today. I just have to say if you are a vet you should care about all animals. I hope this woman loses her job. Anyways I usually don’t post reviews and I hope this helps some people because I want the best for all animals.

Yesterday my poor old dog who was 16 years old became very ill and needed to be seen immediately. As my vet was closed because it was Sunday and my car broke down I I called a mobile pet service in tillsonburg wich i figured should be able to help Luba in her time of need. They are so close to me I figured wouldn't be problem. Unfortunately the vet refused to come and help my dog as she was not a client of theirs. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with this . So I called around and thanks to my very good friend she drove us to Brantford to see a vet there . Took her no problem and helped me to peacefully put her to rest.

Knowledgeable vet, but very, very, very Pricey!125$ for just a visit plus diagnostic or 145$ for an emergency visit. They are taking advantage of seniors!

Horrible customer service and upsetting experience. I just got off the phone with an Edward's employee after explaining that my cat was unable to breathe and asking to be seen by their veterinarian as they are the closest for my very sick cat..... I was told that because I wasn't a client on file I was to Call my own veterinarian and ask them to advise me about the situation"All I can say is

Very pleased with my experience bringing my pets to Edwards. Dr. Martin was very easy to speak with, and showed genuine interest and compassion. He was informative, I never felt rushed speaking with him, and he was honest with his knowledge and desire to help. The vet techs were very gentle and wonderful to my two little girls during their check up and shots. They sent a very nice, personalized card a week later and I felt that was thoughtful. Prices were very reasonable and office hours are normal. I highly recommend!
