The service was great. I didn't expect to get my problem solved so quickly as I was trick by my partner to sign the paperwork that was not under my obligations. I would have been in a lot of trouble from the CRA.Thanks for the quick service.

Terrible experience. They messed up my tax and i got to pay fines. They don't take ownership of their work. Only care to charge clients. Luckily my new accountant was able to fight for the fines.

This is a CA firm with questionable conduct that will take your money and do NOTHING - and will not respond to your email either. When something actually happens because of their neglect, for example - you get fined - they will not take any responsibility and will 'return' your money like nothing has happened - this after contracting them for 4 months to file returns.Use at your own risk!!! The last thing you want is to have CRA on your back.I emailed the CPA of their conduct as well. Not allowed to talk about the outcome but you may as well check with the board on this firm.(Would've gave 0 stars if it was an option)

Hard to reach. Poor service

Kenny and his staff are very knowledgeable, reliable, and professional in caring about my business and taxes. It gives me a peaceful mind. This works greatly to my benefit because I often have questions in regards to Canada latest tax situation.I had a few short term engagements with other accountants before finding the breath of fresh air that was Kenny, and I've been with him for over 20 years since.Truly and Highly recommend! Extremely slow to respond to questions. Very poor service for its cost. Try any of the other services in GTA instead.In this case you do not get what you paid for.
