Mr. Martin and his assistant arrived at our farm promptly for an emergency slaughter; not an easy task when dealing with a 1500 lb bull. They worked efficiently and in a few hours the carcass was hanging in their truck and on its way back to Linden. Thereafter, they did an equally good job in the cutting and packaging of the beef. Highly recommended.
