I started the process of looking for new tile for our kitchen just prior to the pandemic having started. I am immensely grateful to Marcella and the team at Flooring Edge who were awesome to work with. Marcella was patient with my multiple post-shutdown trips to find just the right samples and offered terrific advice regarding our timeline as we also were replacing all of our appliances.We heeded her advice and once our appliances were delivered, we were able to schedule our install. From start to finish, the install was a seamless process. Their staff was courteous, efficient and conscientious regarding protecting our home's surfaces. They also cleaned up after themselves each day and our new floors (entry way and kitchen) are beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Wow, is our first thought when giving this review. We have an older home, and the subfloors were in pretty rough shape, we had several problems with the flooring/house. The store folks were great, BUT this is more about the installers, top notch guys, didn't give up on our floors, kept coming back till we were satisfied. Had so many fluke misshapes we still can't believe it. None of the problems were the store, or installers fault just bad luck" our floors look great! Thanks guys!"

This place is amazing and I will go no where else for my flooring needs ever again. I had a kitchen floor installed with vinyl plank flooring and they also came out and repaired carpet that I had not even purchased from them without hesitation. Jennifer helped us out and we loved her, and the installation/repair crew was very professional and did a great job!

Had our basement completely carpeted in 2014??? Jenifer explained the differences in padding and we decided to go with the water absorption one.at a higher cost than the other padding’s..glad we did ..because this year due to a break in our gutter system we got water in the basement. The padding did what it was supposed do and saved our carpet. Only need to replace the padding.Thank you Flooring Edge

Flooring Edge is an amazing company to deal with. My husband and I just done some remodeling and we had a great experience from start to finish. Brittany, Amanda, and Marcella were all excellent. We went in and got samples from Amanda to bring home, once we decided, Brittany come out to measure and Marcella wrote up our quote and we agreed to go forth and place order.When our flooring arrived, they called to set up installation. Having never remodeled anything, I had my bathroom ripped out down to the studs. Brittany from Flooring Edge assisted me in choosing wall tile, floor tile, and grout, advising me on not adding too much tile decor that the tile work would be cluttered and not put together". She put up with my many indecisions and frequent stops at their store. My bathroom came out beautiful! I couldn't have done it without Brittany and Flooring Edge and look forward now to redoing the other bathroom next year

Very helpful with picking out tile, however, when we needed to return some grout that had not been opened, they refused stating that the “lot number” was past 30 days. Not sure what that means. There isn’t an expiration date on the bag. Not sure I’d recommend or return.
