Had a very pleasant experience today! I was greeted kindly and was offered basic amenities immediately. Even though i showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment, I was taken in almost instantly. Lindsay was very kind and a pleasant person to be around. Everything was done very quickly, but also professionally and gently. Best experience I have ever had for a wax, would definitely recommend!

Had my first waxing appointment with Lindsay today and had a great experience. I was nervous but she explained everything really well, made sure I was comfortable and reassured me the whole time. I’m no longer afraid of waxing and look forward to my next appointment!

Lindsay is great! I saw her for the first time just before my vacation and she put me at ease instantly. So friendly and the waxing didn’t even hurt. It had been since before the pandemic that I had an appointment of any waxing and she’s someone I would highly recommend. I told her about some ingrown hair issues I had after other waxes from other salons and she gave me some tips on preventative measures which have worked! I didn’t have to buy an expensive lotion or anything from her (which is what the last salon recommended and didn’t work for me). Highly recommend her.

There's so much I could say about my experience at Wax Maven. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm, the room was clean and sanitized, neatly organized. The combination of professionalism and care made me so much more at ease. Highly recommend Lindsay as she works hard to meet your needs, and does so with compassion and care.

If you have ‘nothing’ brows, or brows that are all you see when you look in the mirror, Lindsay is definitely your girl. I was never blessed with beautiful brows. Lindsay laminated them and for the first time in my life I feel like I have brows to be proud of! Thank you, Lindsay! I highly recommend you!

Lindsay is the absolute best! I had been going to the same lady since I was 17 years old, so for over 20 years and was nervous to find someone new after moving to Edmonton from back east. I really lucked out finding Lindsay, not only does she do a great job but her technique literally does not hurt at all and is perfect for my sensitive skin. Plus she does great nails and I loved the lash lift! Thank you Lindsay for being awesome!!
