I had an appointment for fitting today. The store was very crowded. The guy who worked there asked me how can he help me. I told him I have an appointment for fitting and identified myself. I knew I was late. I did not have the time to explain why I was late or to apologise. He yelled in front of everyone YOU WERE LATE! YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR THE CURRENT APPOINTMENT

Mike is phenomenal and I always go to him for my glasses. He gives great advice and works quickly to process my order.

Fantastic place to get glasses! I’ve put off getting glasses and have stuck to contacts for the last ten years because I couldn’t find anything that I actually liked the look of on my face. I went to Bonlook from a friends recommendation and was happy to see that all their frames were available in different sizes, colours, and were super reasonably priced. Styles were super up to date and flattering.The quality (at least for plastic frames) is comparable to “designer” frames but half the price. Also the service in the store is really great. Once I put my order in, I was able to pick them up from the store about a week and a half later. I’m super satisfied with my glasses and would recommend checking out BonLook to anyone looking for a new pair. Thank you BonLook!!!

I’m never disappointed coming into this store! The staff is always lovely and inviting, they are always transparent, and the prices are fantastic. I worked with Mike today on selecting a few new pairs of glasses and he was so helpful! I always appreciate honesty when dealing with customer service, and this experience was honest and fully transparent. Thanks to everyone working there for being amazing!

Bonlook probably has some of the best design glasses IMO and I been wearing glasses for a good part of my life. The service here honestly is amazing.I ordered 2 pairs originally, with 1 pair being delayed quite a bit of time so this store location pulled some strings with where the lens and frames are manufactured and I was able to get an amazing deal on my second pair of glasses.Then a few weeks later one of my lens for some reason cracked either due to an error in the manufacturing or my own doing. Either way again the store was able help me out because of the issues stated prior and 10 days later or so I got new lens and frames.You honestly couldn’t ask for much more, everybody here takes care of the customers as much as some people say the service sucks when it reality it’s honestly pretty freakin’ good.

Had a great experience at the store with Samir who was very kind and professional. He fixed my glasses in a timely manner and for free.

Writing reviews is not something that I often do, simply because I show my support in loyalty, so if an experience is positive then I will return and ensure that I refer anyone who asks for recommendations to go to a business or conversely to not go to a specific business or brand. Bonlook Bayshore is one of the rare occasions where I feel that an exception has to be made, because the staff that I interacted with such as Kaitlyn, Nacima and Samir were approachable, accommodating, friendly, patient and excelled in their product knowledge. It's a complicated industry as they have to juggle customer service, fashion, legislation and complex specialized healthcare, yet they seem to find an intersection where all those demands are met, and they do it with grace.

Honestly the worst pair of glasses/frames I've ever owned. The price was comparatively great but these glasses have been constantly loosening at the screws (every few weeks) and regularly fall off my face. I've been looking forward to replacing them with new glasses almost immediately since I got them.The staff at this location was nice during shopping but I can't recommend Bonlook frames...

My recent visit to Bonlook was the worst. I wish I could rate in negative. The employee handling my order first messed up my prescription. Lucky enough, I found out on the same day, so I had to go back to the store to make changes! The person did not even acknowledge his mistake and said it happened because I have a 'NON-CANADIAN PRESCRIPTION"Furthermore
