I made my appointment for my covid at this location because of its proximity to me. My appoint was for 4pm. Notice from BC health said be a few minutes early. There were no other people for shots, it appeared the pharmacists filling perscriptions or counting pills. I sat there for twenty + minutes. When he finally administered the shot , it took less than a minute. I don't understand why he could have done that when I arrived instead of making me wait. I won't be booking any shots there again.

Man, this place is AWESOME. A small, polite pharmacy that genuinely cares about its customers and their needs. I don't know what all the negative reviewers found, but I've always had very good experiences with the people here. It feels like a really nice, mom and pop style community-oriented operation rather than a big chain, and the pharmacist really knows his stuff and really cares. Haven't used the post office yet, but I definitely plan to.

The pharmacy staff has consistently provided us with friendly, personable, efficient, concientious service. It's only because we've moved up island that we're not still customers. Thank you to all the staff at the Wilson St. Pharmasave.

A small shop, but everything you need. The owner(s) are super awesome. A very personable touch. I've wandered in and out for several years, and always impressed to see the owner(s) providing personal service to customers. If you have to wait a minute or two, no big deal. This is an old school pharmacy: personal attention and serious commitment to quality. It is my go-to pharmacy.

Worst Customer Experience Ever!!!Yes I arrived a couple minutes before close. Tried to make it earlier with no luck. Regardless When arriving IN the store the lights were quite dim so I asked aren’t you open? The person behind the pharmacy counter said “No, what time is it?” The clock beside the till Said 3 minutes before 6 o’clock. I replied not quite 6. He said we are closed. Then when told I could not pick up my package I left and closed the door behind me. Then the guy from the pharmacy counter comes to the door and threatens to call the cops Because I “slammed” the door. I apologized and said I was just closing the door behind me. Then he proceeded to mock me and said he can close his store whenever he wants. Hopefully Canada Post is okay with paying full rent and having their customers turned away, threatened and mocked all during business hours. The pickup would have taken less time that he spent being very rude to me.If you need a prescription filled or package delivered I suggest going anywhere else and personally I will be avoiding that Post Office and Pharmasave if at all possible. Not a pleasant experience at all!!!

I sent out an Envelope from their Mailing / Postal service on May 16 & as of May 26 it still did not reach Vancouver. Not sure who's to blame. Just to be sure i'll use the Canada Post on Yates next time.

Very helpful and compassionate staff at this Pharmasave. I came rushing in with an injury to my arm needed an instant ice pack and arnica, but I had forgotten my wallet… Anyhow all’s well that ends well and the staff At this pharmacy are the reason why.
