The Source

We dropped intoThe Source in Salmon Arm because of a problem with my Fitbit. The time was slow and it wouldn't connect to my phone to sync. Andrew quickly determined the problem was with our phone. He recommended a new phone that was on sale. He set up the new phone and re-synced the Fitbit, it worked perfectly. Andrew was patient and very helpful, explaining all the options. We appreciate his thoroughness and politeness. We highly recommend The Source in Salmon Arm to anybody.

I have regularly walked out with a lower bill as a result if using the source, Jenna offered fast and quality service getting my new phone set up and ready to go and offered honest feedback on many of my concerns.

I really enjoy the staff at the Source, they're always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.I even decided to change phone provider after 25 years because of the staff. They made it very easy.

Brendan was fantastic. I had an off brand smart watch that wasn't working properly. Without having ever seen the device Brendan diagnosed and fixed the issues. Great service at this store, we will be back!

Came in looking for an Ac cord. They were out of stock and out of stock online. Thankfully Brendan the manager collects old cords and was able to find one for us. This store is great I will definitely return.

Before the internet and online shopping, brick and mortar stores provided the products consumers purchased. Physical human beings employed by said stores, greeted and managed each physical customer in a friendly helpful way, armed with the knowledge of the particular product or service they sold. The customer services reps carried the mentality and attitude that every customer was just as important as the last. I don't have a time machine to show young people what that kind of experience feels like, but I can tell you that The Source in Salmon Arm, is the closest experience you will get to what customer service ought to be. I spent about 30 minutes with a sales associate by the name of Jordy, in the hopes of straightening out a complicated cellphone account switch over...Jordy, with the assistance of the store manager Brendan not only smoothly navigated this process, but did it will maintaining an engaging conversation, a friendly positive demeanor AND while ensuring the dozens of other customers filtering in and out of the store were all helped and taken care of at the same time!! Oh, and they saved me over $30 per month on my cell phone plan as a result of asking about and looking into my cell phone usage and then tailoring my new cell phone plan to meet my specific needs. I HIGHLY highly recommend the Source, I will certainly be back for any purchase I can make in their store.
