Raw 101 - Raw food for dogs and cats

Staff was extremely knowledgeable & helpful for this newbie to the raw experience. Staff explained using raw pet food & answered all my questions. They even gave a food sample to my new puppy to see if it appealed to him.Overall a good experience

By far the best raw food for your dog. They are always accommodating for my needs. It seems I only ever order when I'm down to one days worth of food left over. I can call, place my order and it is always ready for me when I need it. The meat that they us is of the highest quality, and little Georgia is always going back to her dish to see if she missed any. Excellent dog raw food and great customer service. I'm not giving 5 star because last couple time I was there there wasn't many selection.

It was a fluke of me finding this amazing store as I saw it coming back from a midnight shift and made plans to take a look and I am thankful that I did. I was apprehensive at first because I just thought oh another expensive raw food store." It's totally the opposite!!!! Great quality raw meat at amazing prices! All food comes from local butchers and they prepare the meat themselves.Tony and Lucy provide an amazing space for you to come and take a look and just be curious. I love how they treat my dog when I enter the store. They are very good at giving my little guy his space which allows the environment to be more enjoyable for him. Lucy actually remembered from last visit that my dog was shy and let another customer know when my customer went to pet my dog.This store has it all! High-quality raw meat from local CANADIAN farms at great prices. The only regret I have entering this store is that I didn't do it sooner!Thank you Lucy and Tony!!!"

My dog Koko absolutely loves her meals prepared by Lucy and her wonderful staff. She also loves visiting the store to restock our freezer because they always have treats on hand and fresh water for her. Lucy (the owner) is amazing! Her product knowledge is fantastic and always helps guide me in the best selections of meats/supplements/toys/supplies for Koko if we need a change. They also deliver for a nominal fee if I can’t make it out to Cobourg. But I assure you, wherever you come from, it’s worth the drive to Cobourg or Toronto to get your dog the best quality food for the health of your pet! I love knowing it’s freshly made on site, using top quality meat! My dogs health is exceptional and I credit that to the amazing food she eats! Thanks Lucy and the team for helping me learn the best way to feed my dog. I’ll keep coming back! Oh and the prices are so reasonable and her boutique has it all! One stop shop for all your pets needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Told them about my puppy destroying all toys they were about 30 a toy but those toys have lasted over a month now. Great service during covid19 my bullmastive puppy was beyond happy

Great experience. My puppy ate around his old food to eat the raw food from here. He absolutely loves it. I recommend picking up a large quantity and portion them out per day into Tupperware containers. Made it very easy to feed our puppy the proper portions.

Raw 101 is a fantastic shop that my dog and I love to visit. We encountered them by chance last year while vacationing in Cobourg. We popped in and had a really informative chat with them about raw food. They gave us SO MANY free samples. The information they gave combined with how excited my dog was by the food convinced us to switch. It's awesome to know exactly what she's eating, but it sealed the deal when it helped with medical issues she was facing. (And barely ever cleaning dog poo is an added benefit!)

Been going to 101 Raw now for 8 mths since moving to Cobourg area. Great staff, very friendly and pricing is decent. Only purchase I make is for 100 lbs of the raw chicken dinner every 40 days or so, buying bulk and separating yourself saves I believe 10 %. It's allot of work but we'll worth it to get proper portions for my dog.
