Got my first cut there today.Last minute, and I had the pleasure of having my cut done by Nate, aka the apprentice.Really nice, took his time, and came out of the shop feeling great, cut and fresh. Appreciated the time and effort he took for me.Great spot, I’ll def come back!

Whenever I need a fade, Black collar is the place to go! Vince has been taking care of my fades for about 3 years now and the quality has always been amazing! The staff is very welcoming and it is just a wholesome place to get a haircut! Highly recommend to anyone in the neighbourhood if you haven’t already been!

Best barber shop in the city! Visited for the first time yesterday and will definitely be returning, even though I live 40 minutes away. Shop was filled with cool knick knacks (like 8 track tapes), don't think I have heard barbers and clients engaging in conversation and having this much fun in a long time, clever attention to detail in the setup of the shop (eg chairs facing outward so you have a street view and can engage with others (vs staring at yourself in the mirror), and of course the best haircut I have had in a long time (thanks Max, great job!). Looking forward to seeing BCBS getting franchised so there are more of these gems in the city.
